A Step Above AC is exactly what I received. I called this company to service my ac, the professionalism, and customer service I received was hands down, one of the best (in a long time). I was expecting the tech to upsell me on services that were not necessarily needed, and I recieved knowledge on the best way to care for my unit. I had them come out for a service call and have used them for many years. My air conditioning is always running smoothly (an ounce of prevention) they cleaned the coils on the unit. Put booties over their shoes. They were very professional. I would and have recommended them to others!

Kwame was able to come out on short notice and look at the issue without charging an enormous diagnostic fee. Although not much could be done to repair my AC due to the age and the multiple issues, Kwame was able to offer a fair price to replace the unit and have it installed within 2 days. Overall a great service and would recommend to others!

Shout out to the guys for accepting and finishing a job that I couldn’t find anyone else to do. The tightest attic ever, in mid summer, within my affordability range so that I didn’t need a loan or payment plan ( which they offered if needed). Now we happy family that can host company year round!

This company is truly a step above. The name fits them perfectly. My A/C was on the fritz, they showed up quickly, wore shoe covera inside ensuring not to dirty my floors. Found the problem quickly and gabe me a couple of different optiims for repairs. We moved forward with the best option for me . The repair was dont qzickly with no problems. They were very friendly with positve attutudes and very helpful. This is my A/C company for the rest of my days!
