I called on a Saturday evening because my condenser was making loud noises. Dylan arrived within an hour and did a thorough diagnostic check and was able to identify the problem after lots of crawling in my tiny attic space. He was very thorough and communicated the issues along the way. Great service!

I called for repair service to AC after hours last night. I told them my AC suddenly stopped cooling and I needed a repairman asap. First of all, and to my surprise someone answered right away. She was friendly, caring and to my surprise, gave me a next day morning appointment. I was pleasantly surprised given the time of year, but thankful. Stacy McManus A-Anderson Air Condition Heating Electric & Refrigeration came and repaired my AC unit this morning and I’m happy to say that my house is cool again. My son interacted with him as I was at work but he was impressed with Stacy’s knowledge and professionalism. I’m glad to know that there is still a company out there who still believe in good professional service. Did I mention that my neighbor referred me. She too was impressed and was happy to share her experience with me. We are both two happy and cool women in Rowlett, Texas. Thank you A-Anderson, I will be calling on you for all my AC needs. I will also be sharing my experience with my other neighbors.

Selling out home and needed the HVAC serviced for closing. Quick response, excellent service, the technician arrived on time, was efficient with his time, and thoroughly explained the process. Overall, great experience! They will definitely be our first call at our new home for any services.

Jack cares about his customers and is very helpful. We had some issues with an AC and he has been very helpful, including walking me through solutions over the phone, and also coming over when necessary. Prices are reasonable as well.

Jack (as with our previous experiences) was great. I really like that they give you options for the repair. For this repair, we did the temp fix, but when we are ready to purchase a new system, we will go with Anderson!
