    I had a great experience with Yamil, but the story starts way before we crossed paths.When I moved into my house two years ago I had my previous HVAC contact come in and inspect the units. I had done a full replacement in my previous house so Im fully aware of the investment HVAC issues can lead to. They immediately let me know that the evaporators on both units had been installed backwards by the builder (Im the second owner of a home that was 4 years old when I purchased it).Under warranty, I had the evaporators repositioned, and that was that. You would think...Two years later a thermostat stopped responding and, through Google reviews, I found 4 seasons. Not only did they have the most reviews, they had the most attentive, and responsive, owner. I made my decision.The first visit was a piece of cake. standard service, but with a heads up that the computer controlling my damper system was on its last legs. He let me know it was on the fritz, but also said I could likely get a few more months out of it by switching the motor that wasnt responding to another channel. We did that, and I paid him a nominal fee for checking everything out. Done.But then, while the troubled thermostat came back to life, the main control for most of the house stopped responding. I texted Yamil--it was after 9pm at this point--and he immediately texted back. Turns out the computer that he warned me was about to fail, almost immediately did.Assuming one of the two motors on the dampers were partially the culprit, we replaced them as well as the computer/control unit. But, and some of you might think of course, we found another problem. Mold.Turns out we had been living with mold flowing through our house for two years. All because the original evaporators were positioned wrong and allowing moisture to flow through the system rather than draining as designed. Something the previous HVAC crew didnt think about.Im sure some of you reading this (if youve made it this far) are thinking I was terribly up-sold. Initially, Id be inclined to agree. But, rather than replace everything, Yamil let me know he could work from the heater forward and that my outside unit would work fine with the new evaporator. Others may have counted it as a total loss, and Id be looking at 3-4x the price for which he quoted (and completed) the work.In the end my wife and I both feel good about the decision we made, but Ill post some before and after pics to let you decide. I didnt expect any of this from a 6 year old house, but more often than not faulty installation is to blame vs faulty equipment (input from a different contractor).If Im looking for anything negative, its punctuality. Yamil is usually a little later than hed like to be. Im sure its a sole-proprietor thing. Not much...just give him 30 min or so on his arrival window.Edit - no need to apologize re: the slight delay Yamil. I had to find something to criticize...no ones perfect!

    I submitted a work request around 7:30-8am. I had a text asking for my address and what the issues were. Had Mr Yamil at my house ready to work by 9am ON A SUNDAY!! Had the issue diagnosed and repaired within an hour or so. Was very honest and forthcoming about our system and what our expectations should be without pushing any added services or costs. Then later in the evening, he reached out to check on us and how our AC was working. 10/10 would recommend!

    Having recently purchased an older home with an HVAC system that was over 20 years old, it was definitely in need of repair. After extensive research online, I came across Yamil and his team at 4 Seasons and can say with ease that their great reviews are 100% well deserved.Yamil was extremely responsive with great communication via text and I was able to squeeze in an appointment the very next day. He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a few options to repair, but in the end, I decided to replace the entire HVAC system.That being said, he and his team were able to schedule the full install only two days later! The team was very professional and laid out coverings on the floors where they walked throughout the house. Entire removal and install was done the same day and I now have fully functional heat and air again!Highly recommend Yamil and 4 Seasons for any HVAC work. They are an honest family business that do quality work thats hard to find these days. Will be using them from here on out!

    Fast, friendly and expert service from an honest company! It’s hard to find good HVAC companies, especially when many try to gouge you during a TX heatwave! Yamil was not only responsive to my urgent need to fix my HVAC system immediately (to make sure my tenants didn’t roast), but he was honest and fair in fixing exactly what needed to be fixed quickly and efficiently.     4 Seasons saved us! Our 2 year olds room was pushing 95° on a Saturday night. Vincent took our call and rushed over to our home being over an hour away. He got both units fixed and back up and running so our daughter could sleep safely and sound. I cannot recommend them enough. They do very great and thorough work.     I highly recommend 4 Seasons. I had been gathering estimates for two years for a two stage 16 seer HVAC system (attic). The quote I received was very very competitive. But pricing was not the decisive factor in choosing 4 seasons: Yamil came a few hours after submitting an appointment, diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes (I already knew the source of the problem), gave us several options, all the while considering price, efficacy, and things that could or could not be done. Very refreshing to do business with a person who does not show up to your residence having already decided that you should replace your system! The crew who installed the HVAC system was very professional and courteous. Very refreshing to have found a company whose owner clearly enjoys helping his customers. Please don’t go with the corporate model companies ( Rescue Air, Baker, etc). Directly hire the companies these companies subcontract. Doing so empowers, we, the customers. At the very least, contact 4 Seasons for an estimate.

    Called on a Sunday when the a/c system started making a strange noise. The owner answered and after telling him what was happening, he attempted to help me resolve the issue over the phone to save me a charge to come out. I wound up having him come out anyway, and he showed up within the hour. After inspecting the system he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fixed it on the spot. He explained my long term options for replacement parts or a new system and was very transparent about pricing. When I have a/c issues in the future, I won’t hesitate to give 4 Seasons a call.

    Vincent, the owner, is so helpful!! I had a new AC installed yesterday and it stopped working in the middle of the night. I was not having any luck reaching the installation company and got in touch with Vincent in case I needed someone else to come out. He spent time with me on the phone trying to help me and gave me so much good information on things to make sure to ask the installation company about and what I should know about how this new unit works. He is so knowledgeable and an exceptionally nice guy who really wants to help people! I will be calling him in the future!

    I needed a second opinion for my rental unit AC system to be repaired as I received multiple estimate. Yamil came out as soon as he could for a checkup even though it was late in the evening. He diagnosed all the problems and found additional problem and advise us to change the AC. He also explained that i could repair temporary but the problem could come back and i will end up wasting more money on the system that is 15 year old. He provided a quote for new AC which was better pricing than other company and also helped me get a rebate for over $2500. AC was replaced within 48 HR. Very knowledgeable and responsive.     One happy customer! We needed a second opinion for our entire system as neither was working. Yamil came out as soon as he could to do a checkup for us, he diagnosed all the problems and found additional problems the first company didn’t. He showed me pictures of all the broken parts how they might be fixed and explained how it might only be a temporary solution. He gave me a quote for repairing our current system and gave me a quote of how much a whole new system would cost. However, he even got us rebates for both that saved us a lot of money. In doing my due diligence, I did a quick Google search of reviews for his company and came across Yelp. The reviews they show aren’t quite what I had expected and brought this to his attention. He didn’t try to make excuses but he did explain that they have filtered out all the positive reviews and show only the negative reviews, and then showed me where to find ALL the reviews on Yelp. He was very upfront about it. I then asked a friend of mine who is a general contractor, what the estimate might be for the same system and he quoted nearly the same price so I knew I wasn’t being taken to the cleaners. I asked how soon he could come out and went ahead with project with confidence. We scheduled the install that night and the work was completed in one day. They came in, got the work done and left it better than they found it. I highly recommend Yamil and 4 Seasons!

We found it odd all other sites gave high rating and and Yelp had only 10 reviews and all poor. This team had done repair work for me prior to the current work they have completed.     My AC stopped working around 5PM yesterday. 4 Seasons had done a good job on my daughters AC previously so I called them.     Our AC broke and we initially had a different company come out, they quoted us nearly 9,000 for repairs and recommended we replace the whole unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called 4 Seasons, and found out that not only did we not need to replace/repair most of the items on the first companys list, but that the company had intentionally depressurized our system in the attic to make it seem like our coil was bad. 4 Seasons repaired that damage and cleaned both our units, as well as fixed the actual problem for about 1500. They were fast, super friendly, very honest, and on-time with same-day repairs completed in the very first visit. Could not be happier that we called for their second opinion!!!

    Yamil was awesome. He came out the same day after we got out of work as we were trying to get an estimate to replace our heating system. We were told by a previous company that it needed to be replaced because it was old and they couldnt find the parts to fix it. He came to give us an estimate to replace the system and we explained the problem with two of the heating coils not working. He looked at the system in the attic, the thermostat, and the outside unit. He could have given us an estimate to replace the entire system which is what we were asking for, but instead he explained that the heating coils are working fine, he even took videos of himself in the attic checking them with his multi-meter to show me the readings and that they were working. The two that werent working were disconnected, and he even found and took a picture of the two connectors that had been removed. He explained that our system was working fine for the way it is set up. It isnt actually set up correctly because we are using emergency heat to heat the house instead of the heat-pump outside which would be more efficient. He said he could connect the outside unit, but since it hasnt been used for so long, it might break as soon as we turn it on. The setup we have is working fine for now, and he said we can leave it that way for now. We asked him about replacing the whole system and he walked us through the process and gave us a quote including the cost of everything including how much he makes off the install. He didnt pressure use to replace the system. He told us to think about it and let him know. We asked about the parts that the other company said couldnt be replaced, and he looked them up and told us he could replace them with new parts and how much they cost, but it wasnt necessary because they were working, just disconnected.I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge. He took time to explain everything and took video/photos of what he found to prove what he was saying. During our conversation he told us he had worked for a number of larger AC/Heating companies for years to get his experience until he was ready to get his own license for his company. He has working on lots of different types of systems and knew the brands, which ones were good quality, and what wasnt. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. After all of that, and staying with us to explain everything, he told me it was no cost to come out and reconnect the two coils that werent working. I couldnt believe it. Im not sure if we are going to replace our system or not anytime soon, but when we do, Im definitely going with him. After he left, I turned to my wife and told her to save his contact information. Its not very often you come across someone so competent, courteous, and honest all in one. Hes a rare find.

    I generally dont write reviews, but I had to for this company, because I was very impressed!My a/c unit broke today (Dallas heat index 110) and the run capacitor had to be replaced. I mustve called at least 15 other companies. They were all charging me eye popping numbers, could not give me a quote or were unable to do it the same day.When I called this company, Jamil responded. He was out at my place in 35 mins and got the job done in 10 mins. The a/c unit was back up and running.He was responsive, quoted me reasonable prices, very professional and kind. He knows what he is doing and is honest. He told us what was wrong with our A/C but my husband and I decided to replace it since this was not the first time we had this problem.     My a/c stop working in the late afternoon. I had called spoke to Angie and arranged for her husband to come within 2 hours. He kept me updated while awaiting my appointment on his eta. Once he arrived he was knowledgeable of exactly what the problem was and had all the supplies needed to fix my Freon and capacitor. Some places you have to wait days after consultation for it to be fixed. My a/c was fixed and never worked better. He understands your discomfort with no a/c and is down to earth. He is very experienced. He was with his son teaching him, I recommend using this master in hvac and family man.

    My heating system went out on a cold Saturday morning, I started looking at Hvac companies in my area. The reviews for 4 Seasons A/C and Heating looked great so I gave them a call. The owner Yamil Answer the phone and said he could come out in the next two hours. He called me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He tested my equipment and showed me exactly what was going on with my heating system that was 16 years old and recommended replacing that along with my AC unit. He was able to get me a great pricing and got the new heating system and AC put in all on the same day. Very impressed with the professionalism and follow up with 4 seasons AC and heating. Yamil Is a very nice gentleman and extremely honest great to see there’s still people out there like him in this business. Highly recommend you won’t go wrong.

    On the hottest Saturday of the year, Yamil came to our house and did a complete diagnostic of our system which was not working. The repair had the potential to be expensive. He counseled us to contact our home builder as things should be under warranty, told us step by step what problems he found so we could make sure the builder properly fixed the problems. He offered a temporary “patch” to give us some relief. He was an amazing communicator. He texted prior to coming to confirm appointment and then when 25 minutes away. At our home he was detailed, and thorough and he was a honest. He could have taken the job and our money, but wanted to make sure the people responsible for the problem fixed their work. Yamil will now be our go to for any HVAC work!!

    Yamil and his company did a great job. He gave me several options, but i chose to get a new system. Pricing was great, and he arranged for financing at 0 for 60 months. His guys were on time and very courteous. They left my attic much cleaner than it was originally. After new ac both inside and out, r16 insulation, and a secondary return vent, my house is sooo much cooler, and running fewer minutes. I cant wait to see how much lower the electric bill will be. Yamil is great with follow up, very responsive, and on time. I expect my new ac to last for 10 to 15 years, but i will definitely use 4 seasons again in the future.

    My 2 Carrier units (3.5 and 2 ton) outside are 15yrs old. They’re running but have been patching them up for the past few years. The mid-Feb freeze did some damage. When I turned on the ac for cold it would blow only heat from both units. AC repair company from my home warranty insurance came out and let me know that my reversing valve needed to be replaced. They (HWI) wouldn’t replace it of course. That was disappointing.Went on Home Advisor and requested some quotes to repair my unit. One of the first responses was from 4 Seasons A/C and heating. Yamil came out the next day to investigate. He’s very knowledgeable. Very personable. He let me know that my reversing valve wasn’t the issue but the board was going bad. He was able to adjust the wiring to have the AC come on but recommended that I either replace the board or the unit since it was 15yrs old. So it was time to either patch again or replace. He gave me the ins/outs of both options of either patching again or get new unit. After many discussions with Yamil over a weeks time. He answered any and all my questions. I felt The pricing, brand (Rheem) and warranty was good. I went with replacing my units. They came out the next day and replaced my units. I have to give them cudos because it rained during the day of the install and they got the job done. Also the fee for him coming out to investigate was refunded. Yamil at the end of the install made sure everything was done correctly. Made sure I was satisfied with the results. I told him I was. I would recommend going with 4 Seasons A/C and Heating.

My original contractor declined and would not come until Monday. A friend referred me to 4 Seasons. With little hope of receiving service I called Friday evening at 6:30 pm, to my surprise Amil answered his phone and agreed to come over after he finished service at another home.     More than happy with the complete experience with 4 Seasons! After our A/C stopped cooling I made an inquiry to them after 10:30 PM online. I received an immediate response and had an appointment booked the next morning at 8:00. Yemil showed up on time and diagnosed the issue quickly with our 17 year old unit. We ended up doing a brand new complete installation with 4 Seasons. Yemil was very helpful in helping me to decide on the unit and specifications that would be best suited for our house.     4 Seasons A/C and Heating Group were absolutely wonderful. Very honest and dependable. Our air went out the morning we went on a family vacation. We wanted to get it fixed while we away, so we had our regular company (Milestone) come out and look at it and were told we needed a compressor, motherboard and condensing unit which would be about $4800 with a one year warranty or new unit altogether - which would be $6000 with a five year warranty. Went to Home Advisor and 4 Seasons A/C and Heating Group came to look at the unit for a second opinion. Yamil Perez came over that day and was able to bypass the motherboard and get the unit working immediately. Once we got back in town, he came over and did a few more adjustments and fixed the entire problem for $1170 - a HUGE difference from the Milestone quote. Yamil is very honest and we are going to use him from now on.

    My compressor has not been working properly on a fairly new unit. I had two other companies look at my system and neither could figure out what was causing it. Both blamed it on parts of the unit saying it could be a bad fan motor or bad compressor.Late last night it started acting up again and after doing a search I found 4 Seasons A/C and Heating. I submitted an online request for service and fully expected that I wouldnt get a response until the morning. I got a response within 15 minutes via email. I gave him my info and he said he would call in the morning to schedule time to come out. Again I expected it would be a few days before I could get him out and he was here by 10 am. What two companies could not figure out he was able to identify within 15 minutes of being here. He explained thoroughly what was happening and what the solution was. He confirmed that it wasnt the fan motor or the compressor. He gave me a more than fair price and the job was done and my system back up and running in about an hour.I appreciated his thorough approach to diagnosing the issue. He looked at not only the unit but all other aspects that might be contributing to our problem. Ultimately there was an issue with the breaker so he replaced it and added a hard start kit to help the system be more balanced. This is something neither of the two prior companies even considered looking at. He is a true technician that evaluates everything to determine the best solution for you problems. I know who I will call in the future for any hvac issues.

    100% customers satisfaction! This guy is a knowledgeable hvac person. We have a big issue whit one of our systems. I said big issue because 3 previous companies come to “REPAIR “ our system and no one did all they said was “is to old need to be replaced “ I was expecting the worse but when he comes down from the attic he said he can get it fix ! I said what? He said yes is around $485 dollars but I can fix it. He started working on it and we had heater in the next 1hr. Thanks to this guy honestly we can got our house warm again and our kids had a great Christmas presents otherwise we will have to expend our presents money on the hvac replacement.We recommend this company 1000 times to anyone who needs hvac services.     4 Seasons A/C did a fantastic job. Our unit was not cooling so I called a few local HVAC companies. The quotes I received from other companies were ridiculous. After 3 days of getting quotes I was lucky to find 4 Seasons A/C. The owner came out right away, within 2 hours, ran a test and quickly ascertained the problem. He fixed everything in about an hour and half and after 9 months have had absolutely no issues now. Id HIGHLY recommend 4 Seasons A/C if you run into any problems. They are honest, very reasonably priced, and very efficient.

    On Feb 17, in the midst of the worst winter storm in decades in Texas and the 3rd day of below freezing temps, my furnace would not maintain temp. I was able to check the codes and suspected either a bad capacitor or blower motor. A friend recommended 4 Seasons (telling me that everyone was busy), but when I called, Mr. Perez said he could come in a couple of hours. 1 hour later he came (leaving his family in car to stay warm) and replaced the bad capacitor. At the same time he explained the entire safety system and pointed out some areas of concern in my 20 year old system. Service that I consider above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

    I would highly recommend this HVAC company. When researching HVAC systems online I found Networkx thru which I got free quotes from approved local contractors. One of these companies was 4 Seasons A/C and Heating in Plano. 5 different companies told me I need to replace my equipment, with prices ranging from $5,000 to $14,000. Yamil from 4 Seasons was the last one to come to my house. His question to me was “why do you want to replace your system, I can fix it.” There was a problem with the capacitor and my old thermostat, which he replaced. So, in less than an hour and with a fraction of the cost of a new system, Yamil guarantees that my system will run at least another year if not longer. Thanks 4 Seasons A/C and Heating for saving me a lot of money. If you have any HVAC problems and you only want to pay for what you need, I highly suggest you call 4 Seasons A/C and Heating.

He rescued me from another company that I called who sabotaged the HVAC and told me it could not be fixed and MUST be replaced.
