Victor is AWESOME! My heat was running 24x7 and was blowing mostly cool air. I called a lot of companies and didnt feel comfortable with them, I heard like 20 different things that were wrong with my heater before they even came out. Victor spoke with me quite a bit on the phone, helped troubleshoot, gave me an estimate which was better than the other estimates I received. He came out quickly and found and fixed the problem and NOW I HAVE HEAT!!!!! He gave me a fair price. He was nice and explained things. Victor will be my and my referrals first call! I was having some issues with setting up my nest thermostat and needed a technician to come. I reached out to 365 heating and requested a same day repair. I found 365 Heating & Air Conditioning on Thumbtack. I was looking to get a thermostat installed. They responded quickly. I communicated what I needed and they gave a quote and we scheduled an appointment. When they arrived at me home, they checked everything (I had a new A/C unit installed earlier that day through my home warranty company). They ensured everything was installed properly from earlier that day, installed my new thermostat & helped me set it up, registered my new A/C unit warranty and answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Texas heat is no joke. victor saved the day! i called different people and no one was available till the next day or evening. one guy prior couldn’t get my get the AC going on for more then 15 mins so it would go out and charged me $160 and came back to not having it fixed.i love supporting small local business. i myself am one too. i called 365 @ 9pm and they answered IMMEDIATELY. Victor listen to my whole story of what happen prior with other AC Maintenance guy and then came to just have a look at the system. It took him about an hour but we assume that it probably wasn’t going to be fixed that night but PRAISE THE LORD. he did some magic up there and had it running again!! Victor is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and confident. ALSO his rates were amazing (compared to other locations) I would highly recommend. if i could rate him 20/10 i would. Carrollton 07/08/2024We had an emergency with our AC unit. Initially, we called a different company who tried to rip us off by stating that the condenser of the AC unit was broken and the entire system needed to be replaced—at an outrageous estimate of between $12,000 and $17,000. Seeking a second opinion, we contacted 365 Heating and AC. Victor, a technician from the company, arrived at my house at 9:00 PM and noticed that the wire connecting the capacitor to the compressor was burned. He replaced the wire, and the AC unit started cooling my house again. I am so happy to have found 365 Heating and AC; their prompt response and honest service saved us from unnecessary expenses and discomfort.

Victor is the AC guy. He has been over to my house numerous times to work on our AC and heater. He has never failed us.The last incident happened on 4th of July when lightening struck and we had a power surge through out the house and unfortunately for us, the upstairs AC motherboard went out. During Texas heat, that isnt a good thing. Called Victor and he came in and fixed it right away. Told us the heater part was not working either but for us to wait til closer to winter to fix it. And here is winter, he called to remind us that hell be ordering the part for the heater that went out during 4th of July. When the part came in, he called to schedule a time with us. Now both our AC and heater works great.Overall, he is a very honest businessman who will tell you what needs to be done and what doesnt. He is also very professional. I have been referring Victor to everyone I know and everyone who has used him and loved him.

My outside air condenser unit died unexpectedly during a string of triple digit heat days, and I called 365 based on their reviews on Nextdoor. It was too late in the day when I called to schedule a visit but Victor took pity at my situation and very gracefully helped me troubleshoot and narrow down the issue. I took his advice and undertook several steps that helped with my situation but I still needed his help to get it over the finish line so I scheduled a service visit for the next morning. Came on time with Carlos, put shoe covers on/off in entering/exiting our home. Victor is super friendly/pleasant, but professional....AND,...HONEST, too. 20 STARSI found this company on Thumbtack and Victor showed up the next day on time as scheduled.I had a No Cooling Centralized Aircondition problem and about 3 Aircondition Technicians came to take a look and told me it was a motor/ blower problem and one of them brought a blower but it didn’t work. They asked me to pay for a brand new original motor because the one they brought was after market. But I didn’t.When Victor came to my house there were other technicians doing diagnostics on the Aircondition so he asked to leave and return after they had left and I insisted for him to come back as promised.Victor came back, detected the problem within few minutes and also informed me it wasn’t a motor problem like everyone was saying but rather some capacitors on the circuit board was bad and that could be covered by my warranty.Victor was able to get the Aircondition to blow cool air from that weekend till he returned early Monday morning to replace the circuit board.He Realized I had a One year old in the house so he couldn’t leave us in such heat throughout the weekendHe saved me from spending unnecessary money,And was very Honest with me and I appreciate Him for that.If anyone is looking for an honest Aircondition professional, I’ll recommend this company but Ask for Victor.
