    I had a great experience working with 1st In Line AC & Heating. Adolfo and Bennie are honest, reliable, and professional. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing and repairing AC issues, and they charge a fair price. They are also transparent, and will walk you through what seems to be the issue, step by step. If you are having AC issues, I highly recommend you contact these guys and have them check things out before you spend thousands of dollars replacing your whole unit when you probably do not need to.

    I used 1st In Line AC & Heating for the first time last summer when my AC went out and Adolfo was able to get us up and running quickly. Adolfos customer service is next level, so I knew who to call when I had a different AC issue a couple of weeks ago. Once again Adolfo was able to come out same day to diagnose the issue and get resolved asap. I highly recommend 1st In Line AC & Heating and will be sure to use them in the future if any other issues arise.

    I have called them over the phone to ask them what was wrong with our A/C and they were happy to receive multiple calls asking me in detail what I have done, what I should look at before they come and take a look. I will definitely call them again when my A/C unit acts up again!

    Update: Adolfo and his team are still as wonderful as I stated in my first review, and with this update I can confirm they’re incredible and beyond excellent every time they come out to help! We had to call them back out for a second separate concern and he was able to come out that day, and was able to immediately tell it was the drain line. He flushed it, and told us how to do it so we won’t have the issue again. We’re thankful for 1st in Line!1st review: Our AC suddenly stopped cooling and started blowing warm air and we needed it fixed asap. They were thankfully able to see us shortly after calling. He was respectful when he arrived, kind and showed concern with the heat of the home and diagnosed the issue. He had to go get us a new capacitor and asked if it was okay and let us know he’d be back. He returned shortly and installed it quickly and got the air blowing cold again. We’re so pleased with 1st in Line and their wonderful service all around!

    Adolfo came to tune up my AC systems. He was very professional and explained everything to me in detail that I clearly understood. I called him back out with what I thought was an issue, (turned out no issue at all) he was very prompt and came same day to help. I will be using Adolfo and 1st in Line for all my future AC issues! These are good people.

    Ive had Adolfo work on my system for minor issues and hes always clear in explaining what options are available and which one he recommends.Ive also recommended him to a few family members, because I trust hell provide them with the same level of service. Some have required their complete systems replaced and others just minor repairs. Regardless of the extent of the service, theyve all been extremely satisfied.

    We have used them twice. The first time was when our AC went out in the middle of summer, on a Friday evening. I thought we would have to go the whole weekend without air, but a family member recommended we give them a call, and Adolfo came out at 8pm that night and got us up and running. We have two very young children, so it was a life saver. He is punctual, very pleasant and professional. I’d give him 6 stars if I could!

    Adolfo was EXCELLENT!!! He was kind enough to show me exactly what happened and how to prevent future repairs. I needed an emergency repair and he showed up 20min after I called!!     Fast,Knowledgeable and awesome customer service!!!Mid Summer hot 🔥☀️ and Our AC froze ❄️over and went out 😞 we called and Adolfo was at our house in a couple of hours maybe even less. He searched and found a tiny freon leak (but big enough to cause issues🤦🏻‍♀️) He made the order for the part that needed replaced and added freon to keep us cool and comfortable until the new part came in. The new part was in less than a week later and he was here the next day!!!! Problem fixed and we are definitely Happy Customers 🥰

    Amazing service! Our a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon and at the recommendation of a friend we called 1st in Line. They were here within the hour! He was so polite and talked my husband through what the problem might be and gave us multiple options for solutions. We really appreciated his customer service and kindness, and the cost was very reasonable. We really appreciated him and would recommend them to anyone!
