1st Choice should be everybody’s first choice! They came in and saved the day when we had an emergency plumbing situation - the service and response was amazing! Since then, we signed on to have regular HVAC preventive service through their program, and have really enjoyed the level of care given to our system. The team seems to have a great deal of pride in their honesty and integrity - which is something we value highly in a service provider. They are efficient and thorough - a very professional company.Really glad we made the switch to 1st Choice HVAC and Plumbing!!! -

After having no hot water and desperate to get it replaced fast, I did a quick search and found 1st Choice HVAC and Plumbing right here in Prosper.I loved that a very professional lady answered the phone and was able to get me same day service.Not only that , she called me and I was able to get an earlier appointment. That’s great customer service. I felt that she understood my immediate need and 1st Choice definitely delivered.Their service was quick, efficient, and affordable. I now have a brand new hot water heater and will be forever grateful to the team at 1st Choice !! I will be using them for all my plumbing and heating needs. They had my issue diagnosed within 20 minutes. After deciding on replacing the unit, instead of the repair, they had me on the schedule for the very next day. We have found our HVAC company for life. -

One of my systems stopped working over a holiday weekend in the summer last year. I called 1st Choice and they sent a technician out the same day. It turned out my entire system had expired (it was 14 years old) and I needed to replace it. 1st choice was back the next day at the time they said they would be (this is very important to me) with a brand new system. Their technicians were courteous, extremely well trained, and removed the old system piece by piece from an extremely hot attic. They rebuilt the much better system back in the attic. I felt so badly for them. They were working HARD. They replaced the condenser outside and were finished soup-to-nuts in only a few hours. They even installed my new controller on the wall and taught me how to use it. The system has been flawless for well over a year now. I have been very impressed and very happy that companies still exist that actually do exceptional work with great customer service that doesnt make you feel like you are a burden to them. I will definitely call 1st Choice again in the future when I need them. -

My water heater in my attic started leaking. A flood through the ceiling plus no hot water, all while dealing with near freezing temps outside became my nightmare last night. I called so many plumbing companies and either got no response or they were not willing to make me a priority. 1st Choice HVAC and Plumbing not only sent out a technician immediately to help but provided me with pricing up front with no pressure or upselling! The technician was so professional and their office called me this morning, just to follow up with me. If you ever need HVAC or plumbing help, I’d definitely recommend contacting them! -

I have a rental house in Sherman and was notified from the renter at 6pm that the a/c wasnt working. Called 1st Choice to assess the problem and they were able to go by at 7:30am the following day to determine that I needed a new unit outside. 1st Choice was able to go back the same day and replace the bad unit. What a quick turn around time. Very reliable. Great service. I will always call them 1st! -
