They have been always so professional, over and beyond helpful and there for me when I’ve needed it if something was needed, last minute. They have all my trust and I could never use anyone else🙏

Weve used 1st Choice Heating & Air Condition since purchasing our house back in 2019. They have always been available and ready to go! Whether it was our heating not working properly, the drain lines were clogged, or a check on our system efficiency, they were always ready to accommodate.

Came home to find our AC went out & house was blazing hot. Called 1st choice left a voicemail & got a quick response. Took almost 2 hours for the tech to arrive (understandable for a Saturday night call), but he had our unit fixed in less than 30 minutes. We’ve used their service before because of our warranty. We are very appreciative & satisfied with their service!

First Choice is my personal first choice for AC and Heating work. They were was the third company I recently called for estimates to repair a small leak in my AC. The first company actually wanted to charge me SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO PROVIDE THE ESTIMATE — not for the actual work. They’d installed my top of the line AC system 9 years prior, and had maintained it the entire time. The second company I called charged me about $100 to give me a detailed estimate - which ended up being way too high based on some independent research I’d done in the interim. Plus I had to call them three times to GET the estimate. So First Choice was the THIRD company I called. They gave me a no-cost second opinion based on the estimate I already had. Their work estimate was 1/3 of Company #2’s bid AND it was in line with the cost research I’d done. Needless to say, I used First Choice and have been very happy. Their work was top notch. They fixed the leak. Their personnel were professional and courteous. From now on, First Choice is my personal first choice. I also gave them my future AC and Heat preventive maintenance business.

I had great service from 1st Choice! My home is still under warranty and they did not charge me anything to come out short notice on Memorial Day weekend, at 8 AM, to fix my HVAC which had stopped cooling. James was excellent and explained to me (who knows nothing about HVAC) what went wrong and what he had to replace. Totally wonderful and transparent service. I would not hesitate to call them back when I need future service!

We’ve been having issues with our AC and had Jose come out to take a look. He identified the issue pretty quickly (Freon leak) and refilled it. He found where it was leaking and explained that the evaporative coil would need replacing and would be under warranty since we had just moved into the house not even a year ago. After that, he took the time to answer all my questions regarding the unit, fresh air intake, and dampers. He explained everything very well and was not rushing to leave. He also ensured we had air flow going to our upstairs and identified that our dampers had been tripped from a storm and showed me how to reset them and know when they’re operational. He was very courteous and professional. Of course we’re not very happy that our AC wasn’t working the way it was supposed to be since it’s brand new, but Jose went above and beyond to help us.

We started out with 1st Choice with an issue on our Goodman AC. We did not purchase the unit from 1st Choice, but it needed a warranty part. We were able to reach out to Ed, the company owner and he went above and beyond to make sure we were treated as a valued customer and our issue resolved to our satisfaction. I think the best measure of a company is how they respond when things dont go as planned. Im grateful to Ed and I would not hesitate to recommend 1st Choice! Thank You!

On July 26th our AC Unit failed. After 9 days of going back and fourth with our Home Warranty Company and their contractors; they could not find a fan motor for our unit. (The Heat Index was 105+ these days) When I was attempting to find the motor myself, I came across 1st Choice as a possible supplier on Google. I called 1st Choice, and after giving them the information from our unit, not only did they find the motor in 42 minutes, but they were ready to install it the next day! As it turned our we needed to replace our entire unit (this process would have taken weeks going through our Home Warranty Company)The folks from 1st Choice were amazing! They gave us options, and worked well into the night to get our AC unit installed, up and running. Wade, Robert, and Jon were not only professionals, but sympathetic to our situation. They worked around our schedule, and extra time to get the unit installed, since we needed to go out of town. These folks will be the only ones to touch our heating a cooling systems going forward. They have a great PM Plan also.

I have had this company out to my home for 3 service calls. Not for any major problems, just check ups to make sure my HVAC was running correctly. These guys are fast, courteous and professional. They educated me on different operating aspects of my system and kept it simple so I could understand. If you need HVAC servicing or a system installed please use this company, you wont be disappointed!

I have been having issues with my HVAC for months. I reached out to another HVAC company with no success after trying to fix my issue for 9 months. Ernest Flores a tech with 1st choice came out to my house. He listened to my concerns and asked for background of what had been going on and what was done with the system. He went above and beyond to try and fix everything that he saw was incorrectly installed or not preforming as it should. He was very thorough in his work to make sure it was done correctly. The only reason I have 1st choice 4 stars rather than 5 is because he received a call from his office asking what was taking so long and he need to cut it short and move on to the next customer. Granted I know I am not the only customer that needs help but if your techs are trying to do the job right the first time, give them the time they need to complete the job right. I would strongly recommend 1st choice if you need your system checked as long as they are all as good as Ernest.

My A/C unit started leaking late in the day. I do have a window unit but I let the company know there was a problem and Carlos gave me a call and let me know it would be late but he will stay late and get it done. He did not let me down. He showed up and had the leak fixed so that I could turn my unit back on and I could not be happier with the customer service he provided.

I called 1st Choice Air Conditioning on a Saturday morning which is outside of their business hours, however their on call service technician Ernest Flores responded to my voicemail in a timely manner especially for it being very early on a SATURDAY Haha hey that was the first awesome part about these guys. Ernest made it out to my home and not only was he very professional he was also very precise with his troubleshooting, you could tell this company definitely sends out their best to help with HVAC trouble. Id definitely recommend 1st Choice Air Conditioning to others and Id say ask for Ernest every time.

1st Choice Air Conditioning technicians Jon & Andrew came to my home today because I was having issues with airflow in two of my rooms. They were extremely professional and solved the issue as well explained to me throughout the process of what is going on. Thankfully it was an easy fix for them (I wouldnt have known how to resolve it myself). Afterwards they asked if I had any questions, which I had a ton, and they answered them perfectly and explained to me how to take care of my system. Not only were they a pleasure to work with but I could tell they have an awesome relationship as they seemed genuinely happy to work with one another and do what it takes to get the job done! I highly recommend 1st Choice Air Conditioning! They are professional, easy to work with, and will always get the job done. From the technicians to the customer service representatives that answer the phone. Easy 5 stars to give.

I wish I’d ask the man who visited our home this week for his name. He empathized with us being out of an AC, with two little ones in the home, and came back the very next day to get it fixed. Having worked in residential home construction I have seen many HVAC companies replace expensive parts to run up a tab when a reasonably simple repair would have fixed the problem.
