Housing is nice. At the beginning of construction (around 2006). Customers were told there will be lot of things for childrens from swimming pool to others. They bought the houses but original builder left and other coule of builder changed at the end what people bought expecting what the originally they are told became myth. Some of the original home owner move to the neighboring location. -

The houses that they built are so awesome! I love the fact they let us have customization for our houses. I hope they continue the same impact as they did for us! -

HOA is a little annoying, but love the location, just off the beaten path and with options to bypass rush hour traffic. -
