Completely satisfied with overall experience. Patrice, has great communication skills awesome attitude and a pleasure to work with. The information was thorough, explaining the process and showing us different models. Good variety of homes available to choose from was a plus! I had a great experience visiting Windemere and Patrice was very informative and helpful. The home I saw was beautiful and spacious with a huge primary bedroom and walk-in closet. Location is central to everything you need. I highly recommend!

My experience was good. The agent we worked with was great l, very accessible and responsive. We had some hiccups here and there, but everyone worked with us to get things we needed in place. I love my new home. The only issue we’ve had has been the door knobs falling off, but we put them back. I think I’ll end up replacing them anyway. It’s just the issue of this happening in a brand new home that bothers me. Other than that it’s been great!
