Bryan our Ventana Sales Representative was awesome! Very Knowledgeable with information on the Homes. He made sure we were taken care of. Quick response to any messages we have sent him. Great buying experience. Parker the construction manager was awesome as well! He made sure he got our concerns with the home looked at and fixed at a timely matter. All touch ups were finished before closing.

Dustin and Jeff are amazing! They truly made the home buying experience easy and stress free. Dustin created and supervised a beautiful home to be built and it is nothing short of quality. No matter what Dustin has been there from start to finish and further explain things.Jeff was amazing through the buying process and provided us walk through videos and pictures as the house progressed. I have nothing but great things to say about the Meritage crew.If you are on the fence about building with Meritage look no further. These guys are excellent at their craft and build high quality homes. Dustin and crew will take care of you at every step!

This was a first time home buying experience for me and my wife. All along the way our builder Dustin at Meritage homes, was with us the whole way and has been after closing. He made sure we loved what we got. Very friendly and professional from the beginning.Harlan at the sales office was really great too. He called me with updates often, seemingly every week. Which made the stressful Mortgage process feel worth it.Thank you to everyone at Meritage Ventana for making our Texas dream home come true.

As a first time homebuyer I did not know what to expect when building my first home. All my life I have heard all the horror stories of building or buying a home. With Meritage Homes I did not experience any of those horror stories. From start to finish they have provided nothing but excellence. From the start of the sale with ( Brian Farmer), to the end with ( Brian Peacock) I have been provided the best buying experience ever. When it comes to making the biggest purchases of most people lives it’s hard to find trust with anyone. But with these two guys they will make it happen. The best part of the Meritage experience has been our builder, Albert Alvarado! Hands down the best! He has been responsive and updated us efficiently during the whole process while our home was being built. He was incredibly detail oriented during our walk though, and has been incredibly helpful throughout our move in process and the time that has followed providing quick resolutions to anything that needed to be addressed! We cannot thank Albert enough for being a rockstar!!

He is a top notch sales agent, great communication, is professional & takes great care of my clients that have purchased out here. As a realtor, I am completely satisfied with this builder and all of the Meritage team members I have had the privilege to work with.

Home seems to be quality, my clients bought a completed inventory home. My only complaint is that there has been no communication with the realtor once the contract was signed. Meritage did not inform me when the blue tape walkthrough was going to be. I attend these on new construction homes so it was sad that I wasn’t allowed the opportunity to be there for my clients.Edited to add: Once this review was posted, Bryan immediately reached out to the builder to ask when the final walkthrough is. I will be attending that.
