I love living here here!The homes are very spacious and I haven’t had any problems. Neighbors are very friendly, along with the leasing specialists being very helpful, especially Ashlynn.There’s a stocked pond, basketball and volleyball courts, a pool, and it’s right next to a gas station and rooftop bar.The final star comes when y’all decide to add a gym.

Lived here for 3 years and my roomates and I love it! Currently in a house with huge windows our cats love as well as a big backyard perfect for dogs. Have recommended many friends to live here!

I have been living at University Heights since May and have had nothing but great experiences. They have an absolutely awesome staff in the leasing office. They are very understanding and willing to work with tenants as much as possible. They also offer some fun events and free goodies from time to time! The basketball court by the pond and dog park are awesome features to have access too. The houses are extremely nice for the price and they still pay for internet and cable. Overall exceptional housing complex, and if I were to stay in College Station I would most certainly extend my lease. Highly recommend checking this place out before you make a decision to stay somewhere else!!

Living here is great!! Would definitely recommend. It’s quiet, the homes are very well taken care of, there’s a volley ball court and pool for entertainment, dog park, and very friendly environment and staff.

I love how quickly and helpful the maintenance team is. They’re always so knowledgeable and kind. I also love how we have a new bus stop!
