Very nice neighborhood driving thru it. Really enjoy the style and craftsmanship of homes on each block. The houses have a lot of personality, different, even sitting relatively close in proximity to each other...the streets were easy to navigate with multiple wide open grassy spaces for kids to run and play. Walkways are abundant, making and easy trek to add steps to any odometer. Located West from McKinney off 380, made for easy access. The neighborhood playground is open, felt secure, just a quick walk down from the pool....Area appears to be quiet and relaxed. Enjoyed the drive...enjoyed the visit...really like the place! -

We had the pleasure of working with Tucker Hill to create a video to capture the uniqueness of the community and their homes. We were so impressed with all the friendly staff, neighbors, families and pets through the entire process! The homes, front porches, landscaping, parks etc. are all so amazing. Tucker Hill is truly a great place that anyone would be thrilled to call home! -

Gorgeous community in McKinney, Texas! I love the feel of the neighborhood with the large front porches and the landscaped common areas. You must check out their fall event and the holiday decorations. -

Plumbing Engineer Professional Julian DeMiguel did an awesome job. He had 3 tasks, kitchen sink hardware, master bath fix, and guest bath hardware install all went well. Julian is that Professional that goes the extra mile for you, his suggestions that I was unaware of made a difference in the looks of the new faucets. He is an old school Professional that has perfected his tools of his trade and his Dr. Bag skills...after all, he is a Dr. of Plumbing and Cosmetics...making it look good!
