My husband and I went in and talked to Jose about what we were looking for, he explained to us the process and showed us some homes and every single one was amazing!! My husband did the application and we heard back from Jose on Friday and he let him know what he needed to work on to be able to get the home we want. We already had a very horrible horrible time at oak creek (read my review). I highly recommend coming here, not only are the prices great but the homes are amazing!! We will be buying a home with them in the future and Ill update then.

If you would’ve asked me and my husband a year ago if we would be moved into our house in a year we would’ve laughed and said, “Psh I wish.” Chris helped us make that far distant dream a reality. When we first started looking into buying a home we didn’t know the first thing of what were doing we just knew we wanted our forever home. Somewhere our kids can grow memories and we can call our own.We looked at other mobile home dealerships and it just seemed like we were a bother and they had better things to do. When we got to Trinity Homes Chris actually listened to what we were envisioning for our family as well as our budget on what we could afford. He actually CARED. We felt like we were more than just a number on a chart or another dollar to make. He kept us up to date every step of the way all the way past our closing and beyond. Even after we moved in he still made sure to ask how everything was going. They made the process easy and exciting. We are truly blessed to find such a great place and whenever someone asks who I recommend I always say Trinity Homes without a doubt 😁

My husband and I have had nothing but great customer service from Byron, Scott and the owner Grady who all went to bat for us when our home was delivered not as expected. They went to the factory immediately and arranged to have our home rebuilt and expedited to our specifications. not to mention all of my changes and requests prior to building and keeping a surprise metal roof for my husband a complete secret until delivery. Chris set the pad and moved the house with special care and even adjusted the angle a bit for me, very friendly and knowledgeable with all the field aspect of setting the home. I can’t say enough about this team! Definitely recommend 100%

I’ve been on a journey for a couple years now to buy my first home. With the overwhelming current house market I nearly gave up on my dream of buying a new home until…. I sent an email to Trinity Homes inquiring info about a home on their website. I received a very friendly “non-scripted” response from one of their salesman Justin Large. After a few responses back and forth with Justin it led me to go into their office where I met a very down to earth, knowledgeable team at Trinity Homes. After viewing a few of the homes I knew this was the right place to pursue buying my home. They did all the leg work which helped relieve the stress of the whole process. Trinity Homes should be everyone’s choice when buying a manufactured home. Now I am the proud owner of a beautiful home!

Update March 20, 2021- Today our house pad was laid! Chris has done a great job and been answering all of our questions regarding the set-up and install process and were very happy with his work. Its hard to believe our dream of putting a home on our family land is coming true after so many years. Our delivery date is set for April 15th so Ill hopefully be able to update more after that. We continue to be very happy with our decision and cant wait to see the finished product from Trinity Homes!December 2020 - Moving from Houston to the area. We are currently looking to purchase a home from them. So far the service has been very personalized and wonderful and weve been very encouraged and satisfied! Justin and Grady have answered all of our many questions since we are not experienced with manufactured homes or all of the processes involved. We are getting ready to place our order! I will be posting future updates and pictures as we continue with the process.Please stay tuned my many friends and viewers!

If you’re looking for a new home, don’t worry about shopping around! After the absolute worst experience and nightmare I had with Titan Factory Direct, Trinity Homes stepped in when I seen a house I fell in love with, worked with the current situation and jumped on the ball to get everything moving as fast as they could! On Christmas Day at that! Thank you so much Justin Large for taking time away from your family on Christmas to help mine. I honestly wasn’t expecting a reply until business hours. I couldn’t be more thankful for the employees that stepped up and helped!

**UPDATE 02/2021**I needed to add some information...due to financial reasons of our own had to post pone the skirting purchase until this month. We were set up in October of 2020. After the blizzard we all endured here last week and my pipes being frozen solid for 6 days I just knew I was in for disaster.I had a plumber come out and assess the damage on Friday and he was in shock. Not ONE BREAK, NOT ONE LEAK, I had a backing up issue into my house due to the CITIES side being frozen at the main and their issues caused all of mine. But it had absolutely nothing to do with MY pipes, plumbing etc. He commented to me several times what an excellent job Trinity did on my plumbing and how well my pipes were insulated. As I stated my water was frozen solid for 6 days and all the water issues I had were 100% due to the citys side plumbing! The city has since come out and made repairs and this was issues they were having with homes across town.My home is 100% intact and perfect working order due to the professionalism that Trinity puts forth when they go to work for you. It was -3° for 2 days and WITHOUT SKIRTING I hadnt had even one pipe crack, leak, or break. I want to take the time AGAIN to tell you all how grateful I am for you guys. I will buy from you all ONLY in the future 👏!I called Byron in regards to my skirting install and at 4 months after my install he immediately started working to help me get my skirting installed. Just as if I had paid at the time of purchase! This is an exemplary group of people. I have watched them bend over backwards for me and do everything they could to assist us on more than one occasion. You guys are life changing! Thank you thank you thank you! 😇😇🥰🥰

Me and my wife started looking for a home to be our first house together and every place we went to told us things we wanted to hear until it came down to paperwork, we where told we could not get approved. So we went to Trinity Homes with not much high hopes but when we talked to Grady and Mike they turned things around for us. Grady got us approved for not just a house to settle with but a home we are now proud to say is ours on a great piece of land. Grady and his people have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Great staff and great quality homes.

I had always heard that buying land and getting a house put on it would be a nightmare but they kept it relatively simple and were always doing their best to help. Do not buy a home anywhere until you have shopped Trinity Homes! Trinity will save you thousands of dollars over the Corporate stores in town.. Trinity does VA, USDA, FHA Lending that others can’t or won’t because it’s a big headache, but many times those programs are best for the buyer! All Retailers in Abilene use private contractors to deliver and set the homes and Trinity always tries to use the best ones, but even the best make mistakes or the factory service crews might also have problems, but if these things happen.. call the guys at the office and work through it with them as your advocate. I read the complaints on Trinity and it’s obvious that most are fake posts from the competitors that can’t compete honestly! Trinity is the best MH company in town!!!

I highly recommend trinity homes. My credit was poor and i went there embarassed thinking i would not get approved. Byron and grady were able to get me approved and around a month later i closed on my house. Byron kept me updated with everything through the whole process. Very friendly people.
