My family had the awesome privilege of working with Mr. Jeremy. He was extremely courteous and professional. He listened and accommodated all of my families needs. He made this process extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I worked with two other ladies under Jeremy as well as a gentleman named Jonathon. All involved were a pleasure to work with. After a disappointing experience with a previous apartment that failed to meet our expectations, we were in urgent need of a new place to call home. We turned to online searches and discovered Tricon Veranda in Richmond, TX. Their rental homes were perfectly within our budget and met all of our needs. Located in a nice neighborhood, the house offers all the amenities we were looking for in a small home, including three nice bedrooms.The application process had a few hiccups, but the staff at Tricon Veranda were incredibly helpful and dedicated to ensuring everything was approved and went smoothly. Elizabeth Ryan first introduced us to our current unit, then Jeremy Bristol took over and provided invaluable assistance throughout the process. Jeremy’s attentiveness made us feel well taken care of every step of the way, and we signed our contract after less than a week of search. After moving in, Jenny also played a crucial role in ensuring our move-in process was seamless and stress-free.Overall, our experience with Tricon Veranda has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team has been exceptional, and the rental home itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I highly recommend Tricon Veranda to anyone looking for a rental home in Houston metro area.

Had an amazing experience with Jermey who is the regional Manager from corporate. He made sure to give me and my family a personal tour to all the vacant units and showed up on the desired time we asked for. People like these make it possible to build a good community. Jenny is so helpful and professional! We were hustling to find a place before our scout trip was over and found this place on the last day. She took us around the property and also told us about other properties that were going to be available. Glad she did, as we were “wheels up” on the tarmac at the airport when we got the alert the property was listed and she helped us secure it! Thanks Jenny!
