I love this community! My family and I visited and the staff was so welcoming. As a former Property Manager, I understand what it takes to manage multiple properties with lots of tenants with different needs. What makes the difference here is the management staff and their commitment to their tenants. Meeting a staff who is genuinely accommodating and cares about their tenants is why we are making this community our next home. So exciting!

I’ve been living in the community for 7 months now and I must say it has been a great living experience. Berlina and Nikkita are truly a great team that cares about the community and are always there to answer any questions I may have. Wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Today Alvaro from Maintenance Team at Tricon Residential Saddle Creek Team came out to my home to work on the work orders I had sent recently via the portal. He fixed, resolved, addressed the repairs:Fixed the refrigerator ice box and replaced the water filter.Fixed the garage door that made a loud noise,Fixed smog alarm.Fixed the 3 doors (Master Bedroom, Master Bedroom Bathroom, Bedroom second floor) that wouldn’t shut right and hinges on one of the doors the one in the Master Bedroom.Tested the lawn sprinklers to ensure they work.He was professional, efficient, and he ensured a safe and comfortable living environment. I would like to thank you for the amazing work and service it was done on time, done right, your commitment to excellence is reflected in your work. Your ability to manage tasks effectively and deliver results on time is impressive. Alvaro went above and beyond he is an asset to Tricon Residential Maintenance Saddle Creek Team.

We were able to schedule a self-tour on a Sunday when the leasing office was closed and love the community! The homes are beautiful and the amenities look great. We worked with Kat Wilhite who was truly so helpful, not only did she verbally review information but she also sent really helpful information graphics over so that we could reference everything she shared. In speaking with Kat, she not only helped answer questions I had but also reviewed common questions, which to me reflected that she really cares about the experience. She has been very responsive and made our decision to submit an application an easy one!

I could go on and on about how Amazing Tricon Bryson’s team has been throughout my process of finding a home to rent and moving in. Everyone is kind and so helpful. They took the stress out of my moving process. Nikkita was warm and kind when she reached out to me after I inquired about the property. Kat was very helpful throughout my tours and application process. Berlina quickly responded to any of my questions or needs once I submitted my application and Nick was beyond helpful on my move in day. He walked me through all of the smart features of the home and gave me a tutorial on everything that I need for my daughter and I to get acclimated to the community. So excited to be a resident at Bryson!!! I definitely recommend Tricon Bryson!!!

If your looking for a newly built home to rent in a nice community, then Tricon Bryson should be your choice. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Nikkita a few months ago. She was able to get us into a home, after waiting for the right floor plan to open up. Kat helped us with the application process and in a few days we were approved. Since then, Berlina has kept us updated on when our unit will be ready. Were looking forward to enjoying this concept of renting a new home.

The entire process was fantastic from start to finish! Nikkita is an amazing woman who is so friendly and was so supportive, from our tour (she even took the time to get us scheduled for one even when office hours were over) to getting us settled into our new home. Nick with maintenance was super friendly and went over all the nitty-gritty of the tech in our new home. We felt so welcomed and are so excited to be a part of this community- thank you!

I had a great experience in the renting process renting in Leander, TX. Berlina answered all questions before and after application was submitted and Lavina did follow up with me with a call after I missed an email (by my own fault). On the lease start date I got remote access to the property and within a few days I will actually be there. I did the self tour of the house and they look gorgeous. Cant wait to walk around Bryson community and enjoy its amenities.

Whatever Nikkita is making, double it because she deserves it all! From the moment I walked into the model she was approachable, friendly and a prime example of professionalism and someone who truly enjoys interacting with people. Despite being busy she was able to make everyone feel special, ensuring everyone had dedicated time with her and they received all the information they needed. On my initial visit I was on a time crunch, but I came by again and was able to walk the property which is stunning, Tricon has done a really great job with the location, and the overall aesthetic of the community and very thoughtful floorplan layouts. For anyone considering taking a look at this community, I highly recommend you do so, you wont be sorry! From the vibes to the views this place has all the key things youd look for in a home and community. Thank you Nikkita for making me immediately feel like a family member, Tricon is lucky to have your passion and professionalism on the team. Honorable mention to Katherine who I first starting emailing about the community and who recommended I go visit in person and meet Nikkita. Katherine White at Tricon is amazing. Her response time is fast and she was super friendly and helpful.The application process is quite an undertaking and the app is not very user-friendly. Lots of glitches but I guess they are working on it.We are looking forward to moving into our new home.

Berlina the manager is very nice and professional - she had all the answers to my questions. Nikkita the leasing agent is full of love and energy. She showed me a home and all of the amenities. This is so great I can’t wait to move here - Tricon Bryson has single family rental homes but the amenities and service you’d find at a luxury apartment complex. Just glad to get rid of my upstairs neighbors and shared walls and not sacrifice service.

Houses have great floor plans, a great view, and access to a lot of amenities. The local Tricon team has been very responsive and friendly! They are still constructing houses in the neighborhood and it has not impacted our enjoyment of the home or neighborhood.

I am relocating from out of state and Nakkita has been my eyes on ground. Moving can be stressful and especially when you are moving across country, but Nakkita made the process seem less!
