    I live in Travis ranch , its a nice ans clam neighborhood. Very family oriented, kids are always outside , riding bikes.

    Great place to live, very nice homes and neighborhood. Neighborhood has a dog park, basketball court, pickleball court, and great food truck park nearby. Very quiet in most of the neighborhood, good schools.

    Stephen Arters has done an amazing job helping us with the purchase of our first house. We’ve been living here a week now, and we’re very pleased with the quality of the build. Our neighborhood (Travis Ranch Marina) is very respectful and quiet. Having the lake and nature being so close has been great. Stephen showed very high levels of professionalism and took us through every step of the building process. He was very considerate of our wishes and was attentive to detail. Overall a great experience!

    Its a beautiful community with nice houses. Its kind of a bummer that the main freeway interstate 80 only has two lanes. Sadly this causes huge congestion in the afternoons especially on Fridays.
