My sister and I traveled to The Waters to look around because we had heard so many wonderful things about it. We were able to drive around and look at all the amenities and were very impressed! Paved roads, street lamps, a pond, bridge and an awesome club house for entertaining and gathering with friends! I love this place, check it out! You will love it too!

A nice community. Marshall the owner has invested heavily into establishing a clean, quiet and serene place to call home. The pond attracts wildlife and I enjoy feeding the ducks and geese and the occasional squirrel. Fishing is another enjoyable activity available. Catch and release. There are also activities at the community center. Mid month ...Womens gathering...Wine and snacking are encouraged. Toward the end of the month is game night. Assorted card games, dominoes and board games. Once again drinks and snacking encouraged. The Community Center is quite nice and is available to the residents. If your looking for a nice tiny home community here we are..Come take a look..Cheers

My husband and I love the community. We like that it is a 55+ community, that it has the secure gates. I enjoy walking and like that we have the concrete streets or the trail around the pond to walk on. Its a great community to live in!

Living here is great, the owner is so kind and makes it feel like a loving community. Friendly neighbors and a quiet star filled sky at night.

This is a small but very nice RV park. Quite, clean, and great internet. We spent a week here and had no problems what so ever. The laundry area was always clean and works great. Plus, it is a hop, skip, and jump to anything you might need. Everybody here were so nice too. We will be back. Oh and I like that fact that they do a background check. You never really know whos next door to you in an RV park and knowing that a background check is done on everybody that stays here, gives you peace of mind.

This adults only RV Park is a quiet, serene country style of living. If peace is what you want, this is the place for you. Although there arent a lot of trees around each RV, there is a tall row of trees on the west side that the sun dips behind in late afternoon. Another plus is that the park is small and Chris is an awesome manager. Hes kind, dependable, and available to his residents.

My husband and I spent a night here and will go back. It is clean and quiet and the manager/owner Chris is very nice and helpful. I love the rules and that there is zero tolerance for breaking the rules. It helps everybody enjoy the experience. The only thing I would look for in another park are showers and restrooms and thats only because our water heater wasnt working!

Stayed here for a month! Enjoyed our stay! New owner Marshall Warren has made many improvements since we last saw it. New concrete pads, new grass going in, well cared for! Enjoyed the wildlife around the pond. Quiet, peaceful location!

I called to get some information on a survey that Im doing as an intern for my Development Company, and the receptionist was extremely helpful and sweet! She let me know of wonderful developments that this park will be constructing starting in Mid-May, I highly recommend checking this RV RESORT out this coming summer! (There will be BBQ, a Clubhouse, Shower Facilities, a Laundromat, and a Dog Park!)

We stayed here a few days and enjoyed our stay. Chris the park manager is a stud, he always made sure we were happy. Ya, there are few trees for shade and its out in the middle of no where but if you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be.

We are fulltimers with family in the area. This is the closest RV park we found to our kids.Nice, quite RV parks are few and far between around the Dallas Metroplex. When we found Lake Lavon RV Park we decided to give it a look see. To our pleasant surprise we found a small, quite ,well kept place to stay when in the area. The owners Steve and Cindy are GREAT people to deal with. They maintain a business like manner in the management of the park yet are very friendly and personable in their dealings with guest. They dont tolerate infractions of the rules which is to everyones benefit. If youre looking for a quite, clean, and friendly place to spend a day, week, or month give them a chance to show you what a great RV park is all about. It is a place to be, not a KOA.

Excellent place to be. Very friendly and quiet. The property manager always keeps an eye out for everyone. He keeps the park very well maintained. I feel very safe here.

I really loved the new concrete slab for the RV parking and the two car parking spots with a patio and sidewalk I truly loved it and I would recommend The Waters RV park to anyone that would love to have a stay with no mud very clean well-kept and the yards are very beautiful with the green grass and trees old freshly planted trees I love the little flowers around each lot it was almost like a home away from home setting I would truly recommend it to anyone that would love to stay and the concrete keeps that RV from getting dirty thank you are the personal welcome that we received thank you
