Just purchased a home last month from Coventry Homes in the Trails! Great experience so far. Highly recommend Salvador as he was phenomenal to work with. Made the whole purchase a breeze! As far as the neighborhood itself, itβs in a great location with close proximity to 99. You can get to Kingwood, The Woodlands and Houston fairly quickly. I work in The Woodlands and my commute time is usually less than 30 minutes. You get a lot more home for the price in this master planned community, as itβs just starting out. -
