Since our very first meeting with Chad & Angie until they handed us the keys to our forever home, the relationship and process exceeded expectations. They genuinely had our best interests at the forefront of each and every step along the way. We were skeptical as anyone would be cause of the horror stories you hear about from developers and contractors, but Chad & Angie are the exception to that rule. We could have built anywhere in any subdivision, but with their vision we knew we found our forever community. That’s what they are building here at The Paddock at the Oaks, not just homes, but a family subdivision that is second to none. Don’t take our word for it, give them a call and see for yourself.

We absolutely LOVE this neighborhood. Everyone gets along. We all enjoy neighborhood parties. We also watch out for each other. The house building process goes so smoothly with the help of the contractors!
