Great location in Killeen pretty much in the middle or heart of the city. Right nex to home depot and Killeen mall, minutes from Walmart and HEB. The car dealerships find out we live at the falls and let us take test vehicles home for the entire day. We have a great community with neighborhood watch and many speed bumps to deter speeding. Gated for some piece of mind and privacy from nonsense to an extent. We do have somewhat normal shenanigans from time to time but these occurrences happen anywhere. I love living here even with the HOA rules, the board polices up rigorously for high grass, visible trash from street, and nuisance neighbors trying to wreak havoc. Top ratings from me to the president of the board at the falls. He does not act as if he is something he is not by strutting around with a title, hes a great man in my opinion. Love the falls -
