    I live at the crossvine. There is a wonderful paved path throughout the community for biking, running, walking etc., with little parks and outdoor fitness areas. The pool is very nice, rarely crowded. The homes are top quality. There is a park and a couple of little ponds. The elementary school 2 miles away opens in August so that will be very convenient. nearest grocery is like 10+ minute drive.

    Nice subdivision. Needs to be gated for safety...there is alot of pass through traffic.

    Nice neighborhood with a nice community center. No tennis courts, but lots of trails and a pool area. Streets all have sidewalks and the neighborhood is mostly friendly.

    This master plan neighborhood really takes the community whole into consideration. Pocket playgrounds, pool, trails, community library, social events, ponds, native landscaping that attracts hummingbirds and butterflies, Friday night for trucks, city park.... The list goes on.

    Very nice neighborhood with gorgeous homes. Lots of parks and a nice pool. If I had to change anything it would be to increase the amount of lighting.
