Homogeneous community. Not apartments but houses. Appears to be catered to higher income families. Behind these houses are undeveloped land however. -

Its very nice. Beautiful location right across from the wild basin wilderness preserve. Still close to Austin but much quieter. Properties are very energy efficient. -
