Back in January 2024 we met with Chris Torres about purchasing a new home. He showed us several floor plans. After much thought and consideration, we decided on the Agave with a 3rd car garage and extended patio. Chris then put us in touch with Ronald and kindred Home Loans. Ronald gathered our information and almost immediately sent us a letter of approval. We signed a contract to proceed and that’s when our journey began. Chris kept us up to date regularly along the way, even though we were at the build site almost daily. Justin our builder was easy to work with as well. He treated our home as if it was his own home. Ronald and Amanda was amazing to work with from start to closing on the financing side. We closed the middle of August and have lived in our new home for two weeks now. We picked kindred because we had the ability to pick our own style from the exterior to interior. Most builders don’t offer this option. From start to finish, the entire Kindred team was awesome. We are glad to be a part of the Kindred Family. Thanks Chris for keeping this process stress free.

I had an outstanding experience with Stone Eagle | Kindred Homes, and I cant recommend them highly enough! Our sales consultant, Chris Torres, was amazing—professional, transparent, and incredibly friendly. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.The whole Kindred team was exceptional, including the builder, lender, and title company. Each step was handled with care and expertise, making it a stress-free experience. If youre looking for a new home, I highly recommend reaching out to Chris and the Kindred team!

Chris Torres was absolutely amazing, he took his time to show us around to multiple properties and go over our options. He is very knowledgeable and we are definitely buying our home here. 100% recommend!!!

Hello! The Kindred model home was absolutely beautiful and I couldnt think of anything I would change, except maybe the $700 HOA fee, lol. Denise was lovely and I really enjoyed visiting with her. Gorgeous homes! The videos I took are not uploading for some reason
