I started the home buying process sometime in March/April. I was told I would be in my home no later than October of 2021. Due to the pandemic and shortage of materials, my date has been pushed back several months. I understand the situation and appreciate my salesman Eric Cantu and Superintendent Frank Ochoa for stepping up and getting all hands on deck to finish my home as quickly as possible (while keeping the same quality of work). I was beginning to worry about my home and addressed my concerns early on. I appreciate the results and timely response I received from these 2 individuals. They are now keeping me informed weekly on the status of my home. Once my home is complete and move in ready, ill share my OVERALL experience during that time.
