Avondale is a new housing development off of Judson Rd on Calgary Rd. Attractive entrance. Great location. Convenient to schools, medical facilities, service stations, restaurants, churches, & all types of services. I did not see the show room house or interior design of any of the houses constructed to date. Nor did I learn of what current prices are. It was locked around noon hour when visit was made. Welcome Scott Felder Homes to our neighborhood. Toured the open model today. A two story house. Most are. Spacious. Floor plans are 1738 - 2620 SF. Prices range from $349,990 to $399,990. Allowed to made photos of the model home.

Avondale is a small Scott Felder community off Judson Rd in the NE sector of San Antonio. As a realtor, I was impressed with the price point of these quality homes as well as the modern architecture & standard features that are typically upgrades with other builders. Breanna, the on site sales representative, was wonderful: she was always available & quick to get back to me and/or my clients if we needed anything. Working w/Breanna and Scott Felder homes was a pleasure.

They loved the community and close proximity to work and shopping. Great community and lovely looking homes. None of that matters though if the sales rep isn’t knowledgeable and helpful, I’m super glad Breanna was helping us as she was super knowledgeable and did everything to get us the best deal and the perfect home!
