Purchased in July 2023. Overall, the buying experience went off without a hitch. The quality of the home appears to be very good. Both my independent inspector, and my experienced realtor, were extremely impressed with the overall quality and the fit and finish. I have experienced no problems and I am quite pleased. Gilbert Rodriguez and Reid went above, and beyond to ensure my expectations were met. Another review posted here show pictures of her damaged shower. That shower is obviously a custom shower and was not installed by Rausch Coleman. My shower remains in perfect condition. Everything that I pointed out when I purchased the home was repaired to my satisfaction. I just electronically submitted a needed repair to the back fence and was contacted within 10 minutes! Outstanding! Thank you! -

As someone who works for a home builder myself, it is easy to appreciate the quality of Rausch Coleman houses. My wife and I couldnt be happier with our purchase, the team at RV is great, and for the money, youd be hard pressed to find a comparably well built home -
