My wife and I moved into our new home about two months ago and we love it! Our entire building process from start to finish has been great. Weβve had a few issues since closing and their response to warranty repairs has been excellent. Grenadier builds quality homes that are very energy efficient. -

Nice new development with a great activity center. Clean, large kitchen. Love the pool, especially that it has a large shallow deck for the kiddies and power lift for the motion challenged to enjoy the pool, too. -
