This is a unique subdivision because the lots are quite large. The views and Oaks are beautiful. The CC&Rs are restrictive enough to protect property value like youd expect in an upscale development. Its not 30 min from downtown Austin like advertised, though, more like 40 min in light traffic. The widening of 290 in the next few years will likely keep that commute from getting longer. -

Beautiful place teaming with wild life. I really hope that yall planned on green zones to accommodate the wild life. They lived there first. -
