Im so impressed with Michelle and her crew. I saw the house previous to moving in and and Im not gonna lie, I was skeptical. But when we pulled up in our moving truck, everything was perfect! Im so happy with the results and I know we will be happy here. I actually thought Michelle was the Manager then when she told me she wasnt I was shocked! Her and Sherry are seriously good at what they do, and Im grateful they made this transition so easy for my family.

Michelle really handled us with care! We were looking for a place and she delivered that and more, she gave us a home! The leasing process was very simple and she was knowledgeable on every topic I had any questions about and out my mind at ease about any worries I may have had. Made the moving process very easy and I couldn’t appreciate her more for it! Best experience I’ve had in the many times I’ve moved for sure!

The office staff is always so wonderful, Michelle and Sherry are great. Today I called the office to inquire about the rent check I forgot to drop off and told them that I would drop it off asap, Michelle went out of her way to drive to me and get my rent check since I didn’t have my car and my daughter is on oxygen. I really appreciate this. It helps so much being a single mom and having people in the office who care. Thank you again Michelle! and thank you Sherry as well for always being so sweet.

Mrs. Michelle and everyone at Lakewood Village team have honestly been so amazing! As a mom of 5, it gets super crazy with trying to keep up with everything. To have a community team leader step out and say hey, let me help you so that things can be easier. It truly means a lot. With getting things fixed aligning to your schedule and with what they can between order times & placements. I really appreciate the feeling of our family truly being cared about.

I love the neighborhood, my kids love the neighborhood!! We moved back to Huffman just so my kids could go to Huffman schools, they have been there for five years....we moved over the summer and when school started they had to go to a new school....which turned out to be a complete nightmare. So being the mother I am I found a decent priced home to rent so we can move back for the kids to go to school they love!! Im so grateful for the experience we had finding and completing the approval process... My babies are happy so I am over the moon happy with my experience, our new home and Mrs. Michelle for helping and being flexible to met with me and sign paperwork!!! I would recommend Lakewood Village to anyone looking for a nice home and decent price!!

I am beyond blessed with the experience with Inspire Communities Lakewood Village! I relocated in May 2022 from Minnesota and have loved living here. My lease renewal came up and I am working with Michelle to requalify to a larger home! She has matched me to the perfect home to meet our needs as a family. Have had a good experience with renting in a a place where the neighbors and neighborhood feels like family. And to think it all started with Michelle helping me get approved. Now Im thinking of buying a bigger house. But it has to be on my street! Love it here!

I absolutely love this property. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I have been here for almost a year and today I left my keys inside my place and when I called the office Michelle answered and personally came to open the door for me she was super sweet and came super fast. If you notice a lot of the bad reviews are old. Most of the newer reviews are good. Ive lived here for 5 years. Every time Ive placed a work order they get it done fast. Follow the rules and youll never get fined. They tell you they walk the property every wed. So mow your grass on Tuesday. Pay your rent on time and you will not have late fees or be evicted. They are constantly working to improve the property here. Ive personally seen them getting rid of the old outdated mobile homes and replacing them with nicer ones. The community here is diverse and quiet. Great place for kids. If you can get in one of these homes you will be very happy. Again Ive lived here 5 years and Im not an employee trying to make them sound better than they are. But I love it here and you cant beat the price.

The front office is very friendly, helpful and working hard to always be improving. But just like every neighborhoods there are small problems. But the people of Lakewood Village are always working to fix them and make sure everyone is happy

Ive only ever had a good experience since moving in here. They expect you to pay your rent, if you cant pay your rent they will move to evict you. But its a business and you couldnt live anywhere else for free either. Its clean, quiet, fast service repair, nice pool, and lots of families with kids. They want to keep it that way.Wanted to add to my review that Ive heard item others saying things dont get fixed but that hasnt been my experience either. Whether its my AC, my burner on my stove, or my porch step that needed fixed theyve always had it done in 24 hours. Theres a lot of units here but they get things done fast. Not like the parks youve seen. This really is a community of families well maintained.*I am a resident not an employee LoL

I have lived here for over a year and I love it here. Every time I go into the office to either pay rent or write up a service order they are always friendly and respectful to me. The three service orders I have put in were all done immediately by maintenance. I will enjoy living here for a long time.
