We toured the community as a walk in. We were received by Heather the Agent at Highland Homes.We were immediately Wowed by her commitment to show us a Home that met our needs, specifically Active Adults 60+.We fell in love with the design, the modern finishes, customer service.Heather never missed a detail she :was amazing ! And very patient a true professional, she had an upbeat personality,She is a Beautiful kind agent who was very well educated on the enviable inventory.Heather believed in her product and was excited about the endless possibilities and enviable lots with breathtaking views for our new construction.She showed us immediate move in, homes and future construction.lots.The amenities are lovely however it’s missing the Pickle Ball Court or TennissWe fell in love with the community and appreciate Heather for the top notch Service!,l had an AMAZING experience We are considering buying a home from Highland Hones, Suggestion to the Developer how do you create such a beautiful oasis community without a pickle ball court? Your going to miss out on buyers who enjoy this sport…

The La Cima San Marcos Development so far is beautiful! And it could only get better as the project is built out over the upcoming years. Its development team is wonderful and constantly hosting events and mixers to help residents build the community they were looking for.
