I visit my daughter and grandbabys there so its always the best place to go. The sizes of the street width is ridiculous when there are vehicles on both sides of the street, only one car can drive through at a time, so you have to stop to allow the other car to go first or vice-versa. Like I said its ridiculous and every house has only 1 small car that you can park in front of the house, so sometimes you have to park far away to find a parking space. -

Its a decent neighborhood and it gets better if you utilize the nextdoor app.i have seen on multiple occasions someone reaching out for help and getting it from a neighbor. It has its issues just like every other neighborhood but the fireworks show on new years and 4th of July help make up for that. -
