Had a great purchasing experience working with Sergio Martinez and construction manager Joel Long. Prompt, thorough, responsive and sincere. Some of the warranty issues have taken a bit longer than expected to be repaired due to sub-contractors not been reliable. Exceeded expectation on home energy efficiency. Overall happy with the Imagine Homeβs care and service. -
