Its nice, the girls in the Farm house are amazing!! I like the fact that they have community fruit trees for anyone to come pick.The houses are expensive and small lots, but I know thats what people want these days. Its still under construction, so if you live in the area thats not complicated you will have to deal with the large equipment noise.

This community is seriously in demand due to the school district and amenities like the community farm for fresh produce, tennis courts, splash pad, trails, etc. and close proximity to a growing number of good restaurants, coffee shops and retail.

We love living in Harvest Green and all the amenities we enjoy here. If you live close to “The Farmhouse” even better as you can enjoy easy access to the gym, pool and the kiddy park and splash pad.

There has not been one time that I drove through GORGEOUS Harvest Green and not commented on how beautiful it is...no matter what time of day it is!!!! I absolutely love living here, my neighbors are amazing and so are the amenities!! No regrets purchasing a home here and it’s almost been a year. So grateful!

They more I visit the better it gets. If you are looking for a new home and have to be near the city, but also want to be able to get away from it as well this community is great. They really put value on getting back to a more natural life, and even offer classes to help you and your family do so. My best friend who lives in this community says that it is very diverse in the neighborhood and in the schools as well so you can get both a big city and small town values. Lots of activities for all ages.

This is a very nice development. The home builders are some of the burger builders in Houston. I’m confident that the development will hold strong for years to come.The neighborhood is kid friendly with elementary and high schools on site and a middle school at the southern end of the development. There is a playground with more to come. The pool has a fountain play area. For some reason, they do not have a small child friendly pool. Not sure why.There are some things to consider. There are 2 active prisons nearby. There are several high and lower voltage power lines inconsiderately distributed throughout.The main highway in/out of the area is inexcusably a toll road thanks to a non-creative Texas roadway government. Luckily, it’s one of the cheaper tollways around...for now.

Love love love this community and all it has to offer. Many events for the family. We moved in about six weeks ago and I thank God every time I drive into this community. We spent tireless days and weeks looking for the perfect home and my heart fluttered when we drove into the community. We stopped by the model homes last year and looked at quite a bit of inventory. Hubby and I went home and made a decision the same day. I have been embracing a healthy eating lifestyle for about seven years and to be able to live among people with the same interest makes it so much more enjoyable. Thanks Johnson Development. Im looking forward to seeing the plan come into completion.

Very happy to live in this great neighborhood, everyone is very social with each other and everyone helps each other, even though I am not a parent, nor should I say an adult, this is a great neighborhood to raise your kids in. Friendly faces and lots of great places for all the residents of Harvest Green.

Dont listen to some of these people complaining. My wife and I live in Harvest Green and its a great community! One person complained about HOA not allowing dogs. I have 2 dogs and we have zero problems. Most likely the resident didnt take care of their pets and allowed them to run amok which is strictly forbidden in the subdivisions bylaws. So mostly these residents didnt read what they signed or they really dont live in Harvest Green. Other people say that there isnt a garden yet. This is also false. They do have multiple gardens spread over the sections. The reason people havent seen them is because the plants are still growing. Harvest Green just recently planted fruits and vegetables since the neighborhood is still in development. Same goes for the playground. They are in development of building more in different sections. They just finished another playground at the entrance near Travis HS. Splash area whats called their splash pad means that water shoots up out of the ground if they dont have equipment. I dont know how anyone could not understand this. Also, price per square foot is not expensive here. If people think its expensive than they need to go shop around at subdivisions within the same price range and/or master plan communities. Homes in Harvest Green range anywhere from $250k to $800k. Aliana home prices are at least tens of thousands more than Harvest Green. The exact home that I have is $68k more at Cross Creek Ranch and $20k more at Sienna Plantations. A reason is because their subdivision is further more established. But I guess there are some people that dont understand this either. The fact that this area is developing so much is going to be a tribute to higher home prices later on.

The core vision of this master planned community comes from a place of positive ideas. How many neighborhoods do you know promote sustainable urban farming? How many are actually providing workshops in farming, or actually building plots for residents to plant their own crops; with the help and guidance of an in-house agricultural team? The Harvest Green master planned community is its first of its kind here in the Houston area. Kudos to them for coming up with the vision and building it. Do you live in a neighborhood that supports such positive ideas?

My now husband is a farmer from South Carolina and he came here so we could wed. We took our wedding pics in front of the grain bins. It was the perfect background. If I was not moving to South Carolina this would be the perfect neighborhood. I just love it.

I have been living in Harvest Green community for over a year now and I just love this community lots of great amenities, activites for kids and awesome neighbors , you feel like you are living in the country side within the city. I am glad we chose living in Harvest Green

I have done multiple structural inspection for most of the builders and Harvest Green has plenty of sites for the community to grow products that they can use for cooking in everyday living given the time of year.

As a crossing guard at the Neil Elementary schools. There is a big problem with drivers NOT COMING TO A YIELD at the 3 streets for the circle at the silos. There will be an accident there. I hope no child gets burt.
