Not sure about the other people reviewing but I love it here. Been here going on 3 years. The lot rent only goes up 1 time a year. Thats during your renewal. And its only been like $20-$25 max. The lot includes your water, trash and sewage. Taxes are low since your able to file homestead which is great. The staff has always been friendly. Ive not had one real issue while being here. And if Ive had any concern, theyve addressed it without any problem. My neighbors arent rude and most people within the community at least wave. Not everyone experience is gonna be the same but Im positive that the pros out weigh the cons. With the price of actual houses, these homes are beautiful and truly affordable.

I have lived here since 2015. It’s safe, clean and well maintained and managed. I don’t find the management the least bit intrusive or rude. The rent does go up every year but not every six months.I am really puzzled by the angry and hostile criticism of the staff and I wonder if there might not be more to these stories. I am speaking from my own experience. I also have several friends who live in the community here and I have never heard complaints of that sort about the staff.

We have lived here for 2 years and love it! The neighborhood is amazing! The staff is incredible! Brynda is the first person we ever dealt with in the office. She helped us by our house and took us to look at it multiple times until we finally had everything in order! She has always answered all our questions and been very helpful!!Keith is amazing too! while we didn’t purchase our home directly from him (he wasn’t here when we purchased), we’ve seen firsthand the great work he does. He’s sold multiple homes on our street, including the ones right next door and across from us, and everyone speaks so highly of their experience. Every time I visit the office, Keith is always incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs we have. His dedication to customer service and friendly, approachable attitude make him a true asset to the community. I highly recommend Harston Woods to anyone considering a modular home!! We have never had any issues with office staff or residents! In fact we have the best neighbors!

Weve lived here for 6 months so far and we love it. Everyone weve met is really nice. The staff is always helpful. Its a quiet, clean and family friendly community. We looked at several other communities and most charge the same or more for the lot fee and dont offer the amenities like we have here. We love it so far.

The community is well kept and very clean. I enjoy it here. Anybody that comes over remarks on how nice the neighborhood looks. Highly recommended if your looking for a quiet neighborhood. Management is very nice and they dont bother you.

We are a family of 7, 2 adults 5 kids. We moved in 2 years ago this past June. We picked this area because its quiet, family friendly and there are many amenities throughout. We have met and become friends with many of our neighbors throughout the park different ages, races, religion. The overall staff is friendly and willing to be helpful.Come out and check it out!

Great option when home buying in this overpriced housing market. Community is well kept, office staff is very responsive to any issues, great community events and pool and gym, and perfect location in the metroplex. Very quiet neighborhood and all the trees surrounding the community gives you a feel like you are away from the city, but everything is conveniently a very short drive away. No issues with this community and one of the best Ive seen in the metroplex. Lot pricing is very on point comparing to other communities in Dfw. I save a lot on taxes and utilities compared to a traditional home and good neighbors and very low crime. Cant beat it!

My wife and I have lived here about 14 years now I like the pool they have a weight room they have a clubhouse so if you have a party or what do you want to watch TV with a bunch of friends they have barbecue grills to have a pond you can fish in theyre real good about trying to get things done to make things nice theyre always having landscaping command at that times of the year you know were spraying fall winter whatever well we like living here the only thing is is that it seems like rent goes up often but thats always on your anniversary date which is a year from when you moved in but we are looking for property to move to just so we can have our own place our own property and that way we can do the things we want to do but living here has been good Brenda shes really a nice lady and Linda shes really nice theyre very understanding and they will work with you and listen to you and help you so my recommendation is move here

Nice community...it does has a close knit feel when you drive through. I went in today to see about buying a home. My outside lender Quicken loans does not do financing for Mobile homes but they will for modular. Danielella was very polite at the sales office. The nuts and bolts: In house lending or FHA on your own. You rent the land for around $500 a month. You get a club house and a pool to share. Tornado shelters ARE allowed inside your storage shed, just has to be an above ground one that you anchor to the concrete pad of your storage shed. Club house will be made available for tornado warning weather. No personal fences. that includes no cute little white picket ones for a toddler or doggie play yard. There is a 2 pet maximum with breed restrictions. Carport , no garages allowed. With some of these 3-2-0 homes as low as $93,000 (as of 5-9-19) your mortgage would be around $800-ish including taxes and homeowners insurance...however thats calculating it with 4.9% interest--mobile home interest rates are a typically a little higher per Daniella at the sales office. This $800-ish does not include your renting the land. Over all if youre cool with no fence and a $500 land rental fee and no garage but you DO get to have a tornado shelter (your cost, your personal project) mounted to the concrete pad of your shed, you DO get an awesome clubhouse and a VERY nice community POOL....go for it. The lady at the sales office is nice and they have about 200 lots left...that to me, in stick home language is about 3 to 4 years of inventory, however its a toss--if less people want to live in a mobile home then this inventory may last for 4 to 6 years, the flip side---these are BRAND new! Solid built Champion mobile homes---this is the quality and affordability we all want but cant find in stick built homes. They could sell out in 2 years or less on that note. No I dont work there, Im house hunting just like you.

They did a good job of keeping it clean and organize the have a real nice pool theres a playground for kids theres a walking Track theres a fishing pond its a nice place is kept very nice and clean I like living here
