We had an outstanding experience with the remodeling of our 2 very outdated 1981 bathrooms. Johan came promptly to look everything over and sent an itemized quote within a day. Two weeks later the crew was demolishing and finding all sorts of problems (mold, termite damage, occluded pea traps, electrical, etc.), which they fixed!!! Both bathrooms were beautiful and fully functional in a week! We have already discussed our next home projects with Handy Mustache!!The crew he has assembled can do it all! They cut out & replaced sheet rock in 3 areas and painted everything - no one can tell anything was ever there! We love the new shower heads as well as all of the products he chose for our remodel! Highly recommend!!!

From the beginning of the process, Johan was extremely professional and responsive. He made an appointment with us to view the bathroom quickly and turned around a quote just as quick. His crew did an amazing job remodeling our upstairs bathroom. The tile work is perfect and the niche turned out exactly how we wanted it. We love how it all turned out! Well certainly call Handy Mustache for any other home project we decide to do.

Highly recommend for your next project! Johan and his team completed a full remodel on a secondary bath due to a shower leak.Every day he would communicate who would be at the house, when they would arrive and what they would be working on. He would always show up on site to verify the quality of work and was constantly double-checking clearances, dimensions, alignments, terminations, and functionality of all bath components.Proper preparation was completed such as leveling, blocking, and waterproofing. Tile installation was well executed as they minimized undesired cuts and aligned fixtures/niches to desired joint lines. Schulter trims at door casing, niche, linen cabinet, and upper tile were nice finishing touches.As a client I felt I got his undivided attention, and he treated the job as if it was his own. I will add that I have a strong design and construction background, so there was a familiarity with the entire process. This job took about 2 weeks, and I did have to wait about 3 months from the date of quote for availability. Well worth it! Couldn’t be happier with the results.

We had a wonderful experience working with Johan and his team. He communicated when they would be here and were always on time. He was clear in the cost and time frame the job would take. They were easy to work with, kind and respectful. The shower turned out so beautiful and we have more space and storage than ever before. While they were here our kitchen sick ended up falling in. They graciously helped us and remounted the sink as well. We can’t recommend them enough; they are honest, hardworking and trust worthy. You won’t regret hiring them for your next project!

So glad we went with Johan and Handy Mustache for our kitchen project! We got all new counters, backsplash, electrical, and sink setup. They were done in 4 days and it turned out beautiful! Mistepped in the attic and needed a drywall repair on the ceiling. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and it looks just like new. They repaired the drywall, added texture to match, and painted. Will use them again when the time comes!

Johan and his crew are fantastic. We needed to convert our tub/shower into a walk in shower, convert our dining room into a bedroom with a 36 pocket door plus change out 2 closet doors to 36. This remodel was needed in order to accommodate moving in our daughter who has MS. Johan is extremely detail oriented and kept us up to date on his progress plus next steps along with any potential issues that might arise. Every day he would advise us what time his crew would arrive the next day they were scheduled.I would highly recommend Handy Mustache for any project since he is very knowledgeable on remodels and home repairs. What a great experience and a beautiful finished product.

His crew was always on time, showed up every day and completed all work in a timely and workmanship manner. Johan is very professional and honest and always made sure we were satisfied with the jobs at hand. It was a big job and took a bit longer than originally anticipated, but I appreciated the fact that Johan was always there to make sure things were done and done correctly. His workers are professional and respectful of our home and belongings. Johan is also very hands on which is even more of a plus and was always available by phone or in person to answer questions. Johan and “The Mustache” is highly recommended.

Johan and his crew are the Absolute Best! We needed to turn half of our garage into an office / guest room and reconfigure our pantry and we got several estimates from various local to Fort Worth companies and Johan was #1 every step of the way. From the basics of being on time for the estimate and delivering the estimate not only within the week time frame he said but 2 days early, to always communicating every step of the way was just amazing. He even anticipated our questions and gave answers before we could ask. I was extremely comfortable the entire time and trusted them with every step and they did not disappoint. His team is incredibly hard working and sweet and really take care and pride in their work. This was our first project of this magnitude and we were not sure what to expect but everything was incredibly smooth from start to finish and we love our addition and new pantry. We will be using Johan and his team in the future!

Great company to work with! We had them remove an unused garden tub, and replace/expand our current walk-in shower. They also replaced the toilet, laid down new flooring, and painted the bathroom. This was a major project for us, and we are very pleased with the results.
