Jasmine made our experience renting our first home extremely easy. She’s quick to respond & made the process very simple. I’d highly recommend making Grace Meadows your neighborhood, we were even able to utilize a promotion & get our first month there entirely free. The features of the house are super cool; the keyless entry, gas stove, included WiFi & lawncare, along with being able to cancel with NBU & pay our utilities directly through the Darwin portal are just a few of our favorites. We moved in here in July and Jasmine has been helpful and accessible every step of the way. Neighborhood is super quiet and was super easy move in with all services being turned on the day we moved in.Brandon has been super gracious and attentive as well.With these two here I feel confident in our choice to call Grace meadows our home.

My family moved in toward the end of June. Since our time here, Jasmine at the leasing office, has only been just a text msg. away any time we had a concern or question we were able to message her on her personal mobile. If she couldnt help then Valerie at the main office helped. Jasmine has been such a help and made moving in very convenient.We like the privacy and convenience of the neighborhood. All the amenities we need and a backyard for our three dogs.

Jasmine is a Rockstar! We moved from another state and we started working with Jasmine before we arrived in Texas. She was very understanding of our situation and did everything she could to make sure our transition went as smooth as possibly. Thanks again Jasmine for taking care of us.

My boyfriend and I have been renting here since February and we love it! Beautiful property and the office staff is amazing! Especially Valerie! She is honestly spectacular. Always happy to help, answer any questions or concerns we have. So prompt in her replies and never ever makes us feel like we are bothering her with anything. It’s wonderful to have someone who cares because even though this is her job she understands that this is our home and does her best to help us in anyway she can and always follows up. I’ve never been happier leasing anywhere else. Thank you Valerie!!!

Grace Meadows is a Lennar homes community that was built to lease and is managed by Adoor Property Management. My experience with them has been amazing so far, and Im looking forward to moving in to my house in August.I give the property and the property management 5 stars, but the application process had a lot of hiccups. I do have a very specific and weird situation right now, so this may be something limited to my own experience. I will say that Jasmine and the rest of the management team worked extremely hard to get me through the application process and advocated my case the whole way through.

The community here at Grace Meadows is friendly, and Valerie’s always around to lend a hand if you need something. Makes it feel more like home. I shopped around at other communities, found the best value here.

Jasmine went above and beyond to rectify a problem with the trash collection. She apologized repeatedly for something that wasnt her fault but most importantly was the fact that the problem was resolved.
