Plenty of housing options for most people. Great location for most major destinations in Austin such as downtown, ABIA, COTA, and McKinney State Park.

Review from my tour, I am not a current resident.Goodnight Ranch was great. Heather is literally top-tier. She made both my mother and I feel so welcome and comfortable. The unit sells itself but I would definitely say Heather is the icing on the cake. She has made my decision regarding where to relocate to in Austin that much harder. If rent was like $100 cheaper it would be a no-brainer but it’s not so I definitely have a tough decision to make. Nevertheless, Goodnight Ranch is at the very top of my list.

We purchased our home here over a year ago and love the area. Not even halfway finished the neighborhood provides great outdoor amenities like the pools, trails within walking distance at Onion Creek and Mckinney Falls, outdoor playgrounds and community organized food trucks movie nights etc. We are proud to live here and excited to grow alongside this community.

Goodnight Ranch is a truly amazing community, and we are so happy to be a part of it! We bought our house from M/I in January, 2018. As the first time home buyers, we had tons of questions, and Esther was such a pleasure to work with! She was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She did much more than we could expect from her, e.g. answered our e-mails during her days off and helped us to solve our warranty problems way after closing. Thank you Esther for making the home buying process so smooth!

Highly recommend Centerra Homes best design for the money. Very convenient location. Talk to Bob Ellenbogen hes been in the business for many decades and his knowledge is immense.

Discovere this hidden gem over a year ago! If you remember what the Mueller area was BEFORE it was Mueller- Goodnight Ranch is the up and coming Mueller area. Get your cute new home while you have a chance to get it at a STEAL!

Very cute little neighborhood with some new ooenings popping up. Personally not a fan of this style of home...or the tiny home lots but I am sure many love not having a yard...

Neighborhood is great but AVI is the worst experience Ive had in terms of service, home quality and repairs. Avoid AVI at all costs.

Great location with proximity to Onion Creek metro park, Southpark Meadows, etc... AISD purchased land next door for the new High School.
