The property rentals are really well built and modernized. Customer service from the property manager is amazing and prompt. Would definitely recommend these rental properties.

Have been renting at Encino for several months now and I love the space of the townhome plus the fenced in back yard. If anything needs fixing, they are prompt to fix and even schedule times to change air filters as needed. The property manager is polite and responsive. I hope to continue renting for several years and recommend.

5 stars are not enough for Encino Crossings and their staff!Alba made the entire process so easy. She made sure to keep us updated throughout the entire application process. She’s friendly, always goes above and beyond. She is the best property manager we’ve had so far.Maintenance requests are resolved quickly.The neighborhood is peaceful, friendly and safe. We love it here !!!We see ourselves living here for a long time.

Alba has been the most patient and understanding person throughout the move in process. She guided me and made sure my family and I were comfortable with what we decided. She showed me all the models of townhouses that they offer here and was very straight forward with me when they’d be move in ready. We’ve been here going on 6 months and I know for whatever reason If I have a concern she is only a call away. I highly recommend bringing your family here to encino crossing!

If you are looking for a place to live this is the place Encino Crossing very nice & quiet neighborhood pet friendly was a must for us. Manager Alba is one of kind who goes her way to make sure you get the help you need and always there to answer all your questions.
