    Really nice nieghborhood. Very quiet if you decide to live here. Nieghborhood has very low crime rate if any at all. The streets are clean and the neighbors are nice and friendly. Everyone seems to keep an eye for each. Kidly friendly if want to raise a family. Not sure about school district. Overall I would definitely choose to live in this subdivision

    Went there for an Austism walk. Friendly volunteers, grounds were clean, great place for pictures. Grass needs cutting, home was getting painted.

    Its quiet and clean. People speed down the alley and there is a skunk and bunny problem but that can all happen anywhere
