Great community planned! More retail/grocery is desperately needed in this up and coming area. No Starbucks or local coffee shops within miles. Mostly gas station mini marts. Cannot wait for the trails because many streets around the area or not bikeable or walkable!

Very nice community. We love the layout and what this neighborhood looks like it will become. There will be around 7000 houses in the finished community. We are thinking about moving over there next year. Hopefully this HOA will enforce their rule, and keep the neighborhood in looking nice and keep all the people who dont care about the community out.

Weve been living here for one year and we love it. Its nice and quiet, beautiful landscape, convenient to Austin, lots of families with kids the same age as ours (4yr and 4mo). Our neighborhood (Bryant Park) is nice and flat, very walkable/bikeable and there is a central park where there is a playground and restrooms. The future plans for the community include retail, a school, a pool, and lots of parks with trails (So exciting!). We love how accessible it is to Austin, even though its far out. There are at least 3 different routes you can take into town and when they finish building Hwy 183, it will be a super quick commute! We also love that the HOA brings a food truck out here once a month just for the residents! Great community!

Fantastic new development. Parks, amazing clubhouse pool gym restaurant. Several builders with stunning floorplans & finish out. Will have retail shopping restaurants & hospital over next few years. So close to Downtown too! Go check it out!!

Ive lived in the neighborhood for over a year and really like it. I have many wonderful neighbors and the people I havent really got to know are always friendly when I see them. My only complaint is the lack of a grocery store, restaurants and things like that but that should be coming in the next few years.

Best community in Austin to live in. We looked all over the Austin area to find the best combination of what we wanted in a community and found everything we want either currently here or scheduled to be built here. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision to move here.

Decided to move to Austin from San Antonio and looked at many builders and neighborhoods and we love the future plans for Easton Park, so decided to buy here. After comparing different builders we decided on DreamFinders. Although it was a slow start-we had to wait for the road to be put in and developer to let builders-build- we are almost in! Gerry from DreamFinders was very HELPFUL! DreamFinders is pretty new to the area, so there were a few problems at first with the design, but Gerry kept in close contact and came through with the features we wanted and needed. Gerry gives us updates regularly and responds to our e-mails in a timely manner. Jason- the on site construction manager- has also been very helpful and has always responded quickly to all e-mails. I read a previous post on here about Gerry not responding and I have to call BS... Ill update more when we move in- December is the expected date..
