I have been to this place several times and visited every stage of the construction of (model )home to educate myself and what I witnessed is unbelievable. Have seen many who build the house for money but Ansari ( Hamra Homes ) build as a passion and every single material and stuff is added in the house is premium and excellent in quality. Certainly no compromises or cutting corners. I decided and picked Ansari ( Hamra Home ) to build my home after seeing many homes and worked with many known builders in the past ( which includes Austin / greater Austin area ).Advantage of Cordoba :1. Excellent location , well connected to all the prime spots which includes the various religious place , Airport , shopping centers, IT park and hospitals.2. Quality and elegant design. Built to last.3. Ansari ( Hamra homes ) Humble and very straight forward and very honest.4. Stress free purchase and excellent support even after closing unlike the traditional one in the market.5. We recently had the chance to tour one of the model houses, and I have to say, we were genuinely impressed. This builder is clearly well-regarded for a reason, and its reassuring to see so many of their projects taking shape across the Dallas area. I wholeheartedly recommend considering them for your building needs. -

I recently visited the model home and was thoroughly impressed with almost everything the home had to offer. The layout is great and makes the home feel open and spacious. As I drive through the neighborhood very often, I have seen the Cordoba Estates project getting build from its inception phase. Recently I visited the completed model home. The Hamra Homes builder have done the quality of work in building a dream home for any buyer. The material used in the home is of great quality with a contemporary modern design. The builder is a humble person who is willing to work with new home buyer. It will be a fun family life to be a part of Cordoba Estate community. -

Cordoba Estates promises the best in quality and offers a rich interior, making it an exceptional place to live.The developers trustworthiness, honesty, and kindness shine through in every aspect of this project. My wife and I visited the Córdoba Estate Open House. The house is beautifully designed with 10-foot high ceilings on the 2nd floor, providing magnificent views. Those who enjoy cooking will definitely appreciate the quartz kitchen countertop and quartz island. Modern ceiling designs are featured in both master bedrooms, and large tiles in the bathroom give it an elegant look. LED lighting and the placement of lights provide a pleasant feel for the eyes. The modern car garage includes EV charging. You will find that all the upgrades are already included in the house, so theres no need to pay extra money and ask for upgrades! :) -
