When I first began researching a new home build at Tres Lagos, I read lots of reviews and got feedback from well-meaning folks about their experience. I am grateful to report that from the beginning there have been no surprises. We always got straight and honest words from both our sales rep, Sam Rangel, and our superintendent, Ricardo Morales. The communication throughout was honest and regular. I may have set a record for the most number of questions from a client not realizing how many clients each rep and superintendent is managing, not to mention the various contractors involved in each build. Even so, I never felt like I was bothering anyone. The frequent and honest updates about progress or expected delays, the response to our questions and concerns, etc. really helped build trust. I have so many small experiences that stand out to me in my talks with Sam and Ricardo that by the time our home was built, I felt that meeting them and others on their team was the best part of this whole process. Their care was genuine and sincere and we felt it. We experienced the same from our lender, Oscar Chow. He was full of compassion and forbearance towards me in my often stressed out state (thank you Oscar!). I learned a lot about what it means to show compassion and have a listening ear from my interaction with him and others on the Esperanza team, which is why it was important to me to recognize some of the key individuals who showed us such kindness and sincere care. Thank you Sam, Ricardo, Avi, Oscar, Veronica, and Ben for your service and care in this whole process. We appreciate you!
