One of the best places Iβve lived! Ben is a great dude all around and cares about his tenants. I had some awesome neighbors that made me feel right at home, but the whole community was friendly. Definitely recommend! -

I had a great experience living at BC! The community is great, and Ben really cares about each tenant. All of the headaches Iβve had with large management companies in the past disappeared with Ben. Communication is very straightforward, yet caring. The living spaces are built very well. You can tell that Ben thinks about what is best for his tenants and the city of San Antonio. I hope to partner with his company again in the future! -
