Austin Point is 4,700 acres large and at an amazing location near the future intersection of the Grand Parkway and Fort Bend Tollway. The main entrance is currently getting set up at FM 762, just south of I-69 and George Ranch High School. The developers have planned for over 14,000 single family homes and related commercial space but Im most excited for all the greenspace making this a WALKING city!!Currently there are 9 developers building the first phase of 400 homes - if you have more questions or want guidance on the types of homes that will be available, the builders, realtor-only incentives, or anything else in Austin Point, please reach out anytime!!
