My kids and I went to DR Horton in Alexander, my last two homes were built by DR Horton so I completely trust this builder. We meet with a friendly and knowledgeable sales person, Margaret Greenwood. She informed me that a new section was coming up fairly soon. Margaret took time to give us some details of the new section, she is waiting on additional details she can share with me. I look forward to hearing back from Margaret!! She by far has been one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable, patient sales person we have encountered in our search for our new home.

We recently purchased a home in the Alexander community, and our experience has been quite positive so far. We’ve truly enjoyed settling in over the past month. We appreciate the friendly and helpful support provided by Margaret Greenwood throughout the entire process, making our transition smoother. Beside that, Guy Robertson- the superintendent- is also very awesome. He consistently demonstrates outstanding support. Margaret and Guy actively address our concerns and take proactive steps to resolve any issues we encounter. Their willingness to go the extra mile is greatly appreciated.

Would love to get more info on the timeline of the new section and prices. Margaret was very helpful and so professional.
