This community is absolutely gorgeous and it isnt even completed yet! The location is scenic and just a skip, hop and jump away from McKinney Falls State Park! I love that downtown Austin is so close. I need to be near whats happening but not be in the middle of it. This community is perfect for young and active families, the possibilities for daily activates are endless in and around Addison! With amazing builders like Homes by Avi, this community is sure to fill soon so I recommend claiming your land quickly!

COVID19 made life rough for everyone... but I do see some effort being made here. There is no perfect solution, but only we need is one bad day and it all goes downhill from there. So I appreciate the balance that is trying to be maintained, as irritating as it might first seem.

Nice community there are only a few homes left for sale. I go to visit AVI homes representative. She is wonderful to talk with and really knows her communities. Stop in and ask for Deb at the AVI model home.

This is a nice community. Id be very worried about it being so close to Onion Creek, though. Other than that and trying to leave the community during rush hour, I would definitely live here.
