Shelly and her husband responded at 9:38pm and had the inspection finished before 1pm the next day.     Ive purchased five homes in various states, so Ive hired just as many Inspectors. This was my first inspection in Texas. I could not believe how thorough and detailed Scott was. He spent time with me at the home and went over everything in great detail. In fact, the home was only 1900 sq. ft., but he spent over five hours at the property and inspected it as if it were his own. Shortly after I left the property, Scott sent me the full inspection report via email. In the past, Ive had to wait up to seven days for the report. I was extremely impressed and thankful. In addition, this was a last minute inspection. I called the owner, Shelly, less than 18 hours before I needed it completed and she easily accommodated my request. She was polite, detailed, kind and she treated me like I was one of her family members. Xstream will definitely take care of you. They are true professionals and Shelly told me that all of the Inspectors are Veterans. Do not waste your time with anyone else. Xstream is XSTREAMELY awesome. Thank you so much!

    Shelly and her team were fantastic. We purchased a home 11 months ago and wanted a good check up on our home before the warranty was up. We got so much more than just a report.Shelly walked us through the entire house pointing out not just the items that needed attention (not many thankfully), but at the same time spent time showing all of the good things the builder had done and gave us tips on what to do in the future to keep things in good shape!We have had the chance to work with a few inspectors, but this was by far our best experience. Due to work obligations, my family has travelled quite a bit and never have I felt in better hands when it comes to a home inspector.     Shelly and Dale are awesome!!! I have hired them on two occasions. One was for an animal hospital purchase, which they saved me from making a big mistake. Today, we had our inspection done on a new home that we had built. Absolutely amazing!!! Along with finding a lot of cracks on the wall, air conditioning not working, the counter top having cracks, and grass pooling too much water, they were able to show me roof damages to hail, a sticker in the inside of a glass window door, missing light bulb in a fan, ungrounded outlet, scratches on the window, and a mild uneven slant on the stairwell (that was pretty amazing!!!). I was again very impressed at what they could find. I would recommend Shelly to anybody!!!
