Mom’s house needed a roof due to storm damage. I contacted Wynne & 2 other well known companies in my area. One company never got back with me at all,and Wynne came in with a better price than the other. Russell took care of my mom’s house in a timely manner,was a pleasure to work with,and the roof looks GREAT!! I have no problem recommending this company.

Wynne Roofing went above and beyond with helping us get a new roof. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They came out, took pictures of the hail damage & spoke with our insurance adjusters when they came out to give an appraisal of the damage to our roof.Our sales person with Wynne Roofing, Russell Heins, was extremely helpful in assisting us in making suggestions to improve our roof, such as adding another whirlybird due to the square footage of our house, even as far as letting us know we had a rotting deck board that needed to be replaced (which they did indeed replace and made sure that no leaks would be present).The roofing crew that came out were nice and diligent in making sure that none of our landscaping was damaged in the process of putting on our roof. They were extremely quick and knew what they were doing. They even spray painted our flashing to help blend into the color of our new roof. Details that I wouldnt have expected them to have taken care of.After the roof was on, everyone made sure that all nails and trash was picked up and removed from our property. Very pleased to have seen that.Overall we had a great experience going through Wynne Roofing and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of a new roof.

I cant say enough about this company. They were so friendly and respectful. They were on time and did a beautiful job. It took about 12 hours for them to rip off and replace my entire roof. They cleaned up everything when they left. No nails or shingles or any kind of mess. I display my Wynne Roofing sign in my yard with pride. lolRussell was my contact person and he was amazing. He helped me with the insurance company and eased my worries and stresses. He made sure everything went the way it was supposed to and I feel like I have made a new friend through the whole process. I would defiantly recommend this company for any and all roofing needs. You will not be disappointed.

I would recommend this roofing company to anyone considering a new roof. I had no clue what needed to be done in the process. However, Russell Heins was there every step of the way. He came out for the initial inspection, he help me choose a roofing color, answered all of my questions/concerns, and even reached out to the insurance company directly to keep the process moving smoothly. The roof was completed in one day and the whole team was professional and courtesy.

Following winter storm I needed a roof inspection and had no idea where to begin. A dear friend recommended Russell Heins with Wynne Roofing. Gave him a call and he was inspecting roof that afternoon even though we live in rural area outside of Shreveport. He walked me thru the entire process, especially working with insurance company. He reviewed their estimate and pointed out what was not included such as drip edge, etc. I would have not known those things. Russell was very patient when I was difficult to reach at times while caring for an ill relative. He was always available whatever time I returned his call or messages. He made me feel like a friend, not just a customer. His speed of his getting roof replaced was amazing! His very professional crew installed roof and replaced damaged wood. Site was completely cleaned before they left job. Friendly, fast service and a high quality job from start to finish!

We cant be happier with this company. Russell and the crew were professional, friendly, and prompt. He kept us updated through the process. Within two weeks of contacting him for the initial roof inspection, we got our new roof installed and it looks AMAZING!!

I highly recommend Wynne Roofing. Our roof sprung a leak during the storm yesterday. Russell came out within a few hours of our call. Earlier in the day, someone else quoted us thousands of dollars, but Russell was able to fix the issue for a fraction of the price and offered to help us with insurance to address the other, less immediate damage created by the storm.
