I had an amazing experience with Adam as my home inspector and cannot recommend him enough! Within 24 hours he was able to assemble a full inspection of home, plumbing, and radon. He was in the home for over 3 hours and did a thorough inspection, walking me through the final results. He then sent his final report within 24 hours of completing the inspection and it was robust and clearly laid out priority of items noted. Thankful for his professionalism and efficiency!

We would give more stars if we could! Adam is from a different era, when hard work and honesty determined your success, and when your word was your bond. We have used Adam more than once for home inspections, and we have never come across a more thorough, knowledgeable, and detailed inspector than him. We wont buy another house without Adam inspecting it first. Also, I tend to ask a ton of questions. Adam never got tired of the questions, he welcomed them! We are grateful for Adam and his company!

Sadly, I am totally un-handy and know next to nothing in terms of home construction. However, Adams report was built in such a way that even I felt total confidence reading it. The report included incredibly helpful photos of everything mentioned and explanations as to what he recommends. Also, each item listen in the report was ranked in terms of severity of problem which allowed my wife and I to prioritize what we wanted to focus on. Moreover, Adam himself was very professional and friendly. Weve actually had a few homes inspected and when we decided to go with Adam, we chose to go with his largest inspection package because the price--even with the largest available option--was better than the lower options we had done previously.In sum, I could not recommend Vantage Home Inspection more than I do. You will not be disappointed. I will point all my closest friends and relatives this way without hesitation.

He said he was up for the challenge and would see if he could make it there.He did make it there, once he was there he got right to work.
