Having worked with many home inspection companies over the years, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and depth of inspection provided by Ultimate Property Inspections. Stephen was outstanding with communication from the first point of contact all the way to the delivery of the report. Within the report, I found him to be very thorough and descriptive with all the things that he pointed out and observed. This report eased my buyers concerns in allowing them to fully know and understand the condition of the home that they are intending to buy. A+ - Highly recommend!

He thoroughly looked at everything, taking pictures, and recommending us if any potential issues may become a problem later. Stephen was great! It took me about 3 calls to book the inspection. He promptly answered each call and was patiently walked through the entire process with me. Stephen met with my dad who was there for the duration of the inspection. My dad mentioned that he carefully and thoroughly went through the home. His close attention to detail was obvious when I arrived with about 30 minutes left of the inspection. He showed me where the major issues were and how the seller would need to fix the problem. He went a step further explaining issues that could arise in the future for me as the home buyer. My realtor was on the way and Stephen waited for her to arrive. He took the time to explain his areas of concern with her as well. Within the 2.5 hour inspection, Stephen explained his findings to my dad, my mom (who arrived about 30 minutes after my dad), me and my realtor. He was great all around!

I then called Steve at Ultimate Property Inspection, was given a more reasonable price (in line with the market), and was told he could be out the next day. Buying a property to live in for your family in Plano, TX, whilst still living in Europe isnt an easy task, especially not when you are not acquainted with the risks and rules of the US property market.We came in contact with Stephen Monroe, from Ultimate Property and from the first moment we had a good feeling that he has a critical but pragmatic approach by focussing on the potential issues that really matter when you make such an important acquisition.We had a high frequency of direct contacts with Stephen and we admire his flexibility and availability, especially given the fact that there is a 7 hour time difference.We are very happy with Stephens qualitative assessment and service and will use him again for a final inspection before my family moves in the property we love so much already.
